Never had smallman deli. Always drove by it. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich. It was barely toasted, didn’t get the sauce I asked for on it, the chicken salad was extremely dry. I didn’t Hate it I just wasn’t pleased

My father was searching for a good pastrami sandwich and reddit directed us here. He loved it. He usually takes the second half of the sandwich home but he finished allllll of it while we were there. I had a ham and cheese deli sandwich. It was delicious. The staff was nice. 10/10 we would eat here again. He can't wait to come back and try the Reuben.

I stopped by after work and was disappointed. The staff rushed me out since they was 20 min before closing time. I ordered a $15 extra lean pastrami sandwich, but it fell short of expectations. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected better quality. Overall, an unsatisfying experience.

Placed an online order, picked up my food and got home with 4 burnt latkes. Black. Inedible. An insult.
I emailed them to report the problem. It’s been 9 days and they haven’t responded. Only conclusion is they don’t care.
Their deli sandwiches are very good. Will still go back but will inspect everything before leaving.

The food is pretty good, but they can't seem to get delivery orders sent out accurately. Here's an idea - check the order then double check it again before it goes out. Is it that hard? Write on the container what is inside it so you're not just grabbing the wrong styrofoam container. If there is a drink on the order - put a sticker or something on the bag to remind you get include it. Do a better job!
