I had my birthday dinner here after hearing good things about the place. My friends and I were thoroughly pleased with our meal, the service, the ambience, etc! Not only were the portions large but the drinks were delicious and strong! Not to mention our server was VERY attentive and made our experience enjoyable, the restaurant staff even gave me a signed birthday card from them that was displayed on the table when I arrived! I've never had that happen in my years of birthday dinners lol and to me that showed that they actually pay attention to each reservation and strive to make sure it is a special moment!

Our waiter Eon was great... gave us some good advice on what and how much to order. Enjoyed the tuna entree and pad Thai. Sea bass small plate and seaweed salad. All very well prepared and they nicely split the large plates to share which were very generous portions. Early reservations but oddly put another 2 top right next to us ... they requested to move since many other open tables and Eon was very gracious in assisting them. Looking forward to another visit soon

Cozy but modern atmosphere. The entire staff was accommodating and welcoming. Those kimchi pancakes were delicious: not too spicy, just the right amount of heat. Cocktails aren't too boozy and taste well-balanced. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary so this dinner was extra special!

Food and drinks we're fabulous! We loved the atmosphere as well! They also gave us a card for our anniversary that was such a nice touch. The only thing was we were seated so close to two other tables, that it felt like we we're in their conversations while trying to have our own. We would 100% go back, but probably request another section.

Very good food with superb service in a nice environment that was amenable to conversation.
We went to Soba for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was what we hoped. The whole staff had signed a birthday card for her. Our server Anna went above and beyond to help my wife select a “safe” meal since she has a severe shellfish allergy and the food was excellent! Overall a very positive experience.

After hearing several glowing recommendations from coworkers, I was excited to try this place. While the food—especially the Sichuan Bang Bang Chicken—was fantastic and definitely lived up to the hype, the overall customer experience fell short. Despite having a reservation, we were seated in a small, out-of-the-way corner that felt disconnected from the rest of the dining area. Unfortunately, that seemed to reflect in the service as well. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us—no water, no order taken, and no check-in to let us know they’d be with us shortly. It left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome, which really impacted our impression of the restaurant. Great food can only go so far if the service and hospitality don’t match. I’m on the fence about returning, but I sincerely hope our experience was an exception and not the norm.

Couple with a young baby was seated in the lounge/bar. Totally inappropriate. The restaurant should have managed the situation. Babies cry but shaking a rattle the entire time was annoying to others seated around them.
