Workers looked right at me repeatedly as I stood waiting for my food and after about 10 min acknowledged that some stickers got lost and sort of apologized but dude they could not have cared less.

This place is so dirty they never sweep the floors or mop the floors. I was in there on Saturday and came in today and the same stuff was on the floor. Why don't they clean up at this location? There are more than enough people that's working there in the mornings to clean they just don't. It's disgusting. Do better.

Consistently the hottest coffee! I like my coffee piping hot and this location delivers every time. Staff are always friendly and polite as well. Be sure to tip your barista when they get it right!

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to I've been to every Starbucks in Pittsburgh but this Starbucks was the worst because all the people are very slow they take a long time to prepare orders for the food delivery guys this is the worst Starbucks in Pittsburgh because the workers don't care about the food delivery guys they don't care if you wait 20 minutes 30 minutes or 40 minutes they don't care they won't even start the order even if you show her tell her that you're waiting here they won't care they will prepare the order very slowly I just watched them chatting with each other for half an hour doing nothing sitting on the phone and that's it Starbucks workers are very bad please fire them all because it's wrong to hire people like that

My "grande" hot chocolate. Walked back to my office, took off my lid, and found a drink that's less than 2/3 full. I don't get it. I paid $5 for milk and some chocolate sauce. At least fill it up.
