Reasons why I like to visit this specific location while in the city determines the mentality of where I’m going at currently throughout the day. Specifically reasons why I enjoy coming here is because it’s a place of study for educational purposes. Education is the most important thing for the youth today.Kid-friendliness: This specific Starbucks reminds of place to refresh the mind away from current on-going life-issues. Sometimes people need to take a break away from certain things while dealing with a life-crisis. Meaning of this review is basically when you need a break away from the kids if you’re a parent out there especially out of state this place is a nice to stop by while visiting Pennsylvania.

Unprofessional employee messed up order and didn’t give Uber eats order which he has order in store because of his fault and I hope he will not work no more for Starbucks. I hope store manager will discuss this situation.

I wish I could rate this a zero but that wasn’t an option. The customer service was the worst we have ever experienced. If you’re going to take 2 hours to make a drink at least make it right. Also if you’re going to talk badly about customers make sure it’s not right in front of them. Worst Starbucks experience of my life. DISGRACE!!

Coffee is ok, staff very rude and cold. Been coming in nearly everyday for about 2 wks due to conference nearby, only got greeted by staff once, they always look unhappy while ordering, like they hate this job and customer so much. Worst part, one day the employee that made coffee was so rude and unprofessional that the cup of coffee fell on the table immediately after she placed it there because she wasn’t paying attention at all and used so much force, and it spilled onto my clothes that I was gonna wear to a conference event!!! Even worse, she didn’t say anything, no apology no care not even a single gesture or word after such incident, she just went on making coffee and i have to ask her “do I just get this fallen coffee??” Then she finally said a few words that she was making a new one for me but still NO APOLOGY at all!!! Since that day I detoured a tiny bit to go to other coffee shops and never returned. Please avoid this place at all costs!!!

Definitely low quality service .I got my order wrong and went I told the employees that I was willing to pay the difference for the right size of my drink, their answer was: you got what you paid for. We can’t do anything about it.Definitely is NOT Starbucks policy.

I just went to this location because it was convenient ( close where I parked) . There wasn't any available space to sit . The employees were overwhelmed ( it wasn't that busy, maybe with to go orders)and they got my order wrong. When I told them that I will be willing to pay the difference to get my order right, they told me that I got what I pay for. This answer is definitely not following Starbucks policy. Definitely NOT recommend.

Enjoying my dragon drink as part of the 50% off drinks on Tuesday's in July! This location has a good amount of seating and outlets so it's nice to do work here. Conveniently located on Pitt campus too. Staff was nice and my online order was prepared quickly

Not much different than other Starbucks locations, but that's what I love about this one. It was nice to know what to expect when walking into a location I hadn't visited before. The staff was considerate and helpful, responding very respectfully when a small issue arose with my order. I really wasn't that bothered by the problem, yet they were quick to apologize and make my experience as pleasant as possible. I was so grateful! The layout is awesome here, but it does tend to get a little chilly. It's also a little confusing to find the front of the line, but those are really the only things that bug me here. Everything else is great!
