I’m not sure what her name is, but the lovely barista with the pink hair always makes my drink and she draws little strawberries on the side of the cup and it makes my nights! I usually stop by before class but now that my class is over, I’m sad I won’t be in as often. 💚💗

I visited this location on Saturday and the customer service was extremely poor. I placed my order via the mobile app. I went in to get it and when the barista placed my drink on the counter, she mumbled my name. I looked at the cup to make sure that it was my order since I couldn't understand what she said. I said Thank You! Have a good one! The response? Nothing....crickets!! Normally I tip on my mobile app orders, but I'm glad I didn't this time. There was no one in there so it wasn't busy. There is absolutely no excuse for poor customer service when the customer was courteous and says thank you & have a good one. I go to this location because it is close to the nail salon I go to. Maybe I need to start going to the Bloomfield location my West Penn Hospital where the service is always great. Do better, Starbucks!!!

This worse Starbucks I have ever visited in my life. The baristas has a cold attitude, they don’t welcome you. You wait 12 minutes or longer if you order a frapp drink. Although no one is in line. When you ask they say other priority drinks. I would NOT recommend this this to anyone. They messed up my drink three days in a row. This location needs training and better attitudes. Find another Starbucks and don’t go here.

As a Black disabled person its always nice to find a store with good accommodations in the city for my wheelchair that I feel comfortable in. I received great service from the counter staff, the counter was slightly busy so there was about a 10 minute wait to order. I was hoping the store manager would step up to help kill the line but, she did not, oh well. Very friendly counter staff, was not feeling very comfortable in the back cafe as the store manager kept pacing and seemed to be scoping out the room periodically? Idk definitely got weird vibes from her. Other store staff was great though and very welcoming!

I was in for the week visiting my family and everyone here was super nice. Both Anthony and James were awesome - both nice and fun to talk to. Good vibes here. This would be my go-to Starbucks if I lived in the area.
