Abby was amazing today 9/9/23. She has excellent customer service skills, very knowledgeable about the drinks, and helpful to not only me but the other customers in line. She worked hard and efficiently to keep everyone happy while the rest of the team was doing their best to keep up with the orders but you do gotta have fun at work sometimes so I don’t blame them!! Keep up the great work everyone you make a great environment here at south hills village.

I really wanted a Frappuccino and I was really looking forward to it. There was a very friendly young blond woman at the register who was running around doing everything. Meanwhile a man with glasses and two younger women just stood around talking and let her do all the work. When I saw one of the women touch her face and touch cups in the counter I was kind of grossed out and just left without making a purchase. No Frappuccino for me.

Terrible service. They clean the floor but didn't put the sign WET FLOOR or Caution at the coming line make me felt and NONE of 4people working at the Starbucks help me get up or say sorry or asking am I ok no matter they all saw I felt??? Thanks for the other customer were there and help me got up. Toooo low customer service

Don't come here if your diabetic. Ordered a green tea no sweetener. I asked if there was sweetener the man said no took a sip and there was sweetener. Obviously dietary restrictions are not taken seriously.

I came to here yesterday and obviously very packed because it was black friday. i was told my drink would be ready in 45 mins due to it being busy but it took them 2 HOURS to get to my drink. yikes

Went to this Starbucks and told them I have a severe nut allergy so I asked if my drink could be made in a separate pitcher/shaker whatever. They didn't really say anything. When they called out a drink that I thought could be mine because I was the only one waiting, I realized it was the wrong drink. The label had the name of the drink I actually ordered with "severe nut allergy" written on it. I explained to the barista it wasn't what I ordered and if I didn't have allergies I would just take it. I told her my correct order was on the ticket. I apologized to her. She didn't say a word and just took it out of my hands and walked away. While she remade my drink she whispered about me to the other employees and I watched her say "yeah, and now I have to dump it out" and was extremely annoyed. I was shocked at how rude they were. I was also shocked that I was the one who apologized for them messing up my order. I have never encountered a Starbucks with employees who acted like this.

Very slow waiting for 15 mins for 1 drink when I asked the lady what’s the status of the order she got upset with me then called security on me very rude terrible customer service I won’t come back here again don’t come here if you are in a hurry

This store seems to always be understaffed and busy, so expect a long wait. They also seem to never have plain English breakfast or elEarl gray tea available, so if you're looking for that you may want to search elsewhere.
