This store seems to always be understaffed and busy, so expect a long wait. They also seem to never have plain English breakfast or elEarl gray tea available, so if you're looking for that you may want to search elsewhere.
Starbucks never fails to get my order correct! Staff is always happy and kind. Even when the store is completely swamped, the employees are still kind, and my orders are always correct.

Abby was amazing today 9/9/23. She has excellent customer service skills, very knowledgeable about the drinks, and helpful to not only me but the other customers in line. She worked hard and efficiently to keep everyone happy while the rest of the team was doing their best to keep up with the orders but you do gotta have fun at work sometimes so I don’t blame them!! Keep up the great work everyone you make a great environment here at south hills village.
