The coffee here is exceptional. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into every cup. I ordered a latte, and it was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with a bold flavor that wasn’t too bitter. The espresso tasted fresh, and the milk was steamed just right. It’s clear that the baristas know their craft and genuinely care about delivering a quality experience.

What stood out most was the customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to offer recommendations based on my taste preferences. Their passion for coffee really comes through, and they make every customer feel welcome.

Ghost Coffee Collab also offers a nice selection of pastries and light bites that pair perfectly with their drinks. Everything looked fresh and thoughtfully chosen.

I was looking for a locally owned coffee shop to fill my need and they did not disappoint. The owners are always there and my drink was amazing. “Needle & Bean is my home away from home in the South Hills. Every barista is so welcoming and people I look forward to being served by and also getting music recommendations from. Mike, the owner, is always great for a music convo, plus his taste in music is impeccable. Not only that but it's one of the only coffee shops in the South Hills with free parking! This isn't even mentioning their 3rd wave coffee and superb vinyl offerings and growing event calendar. I cannot recommend N&B enough.“

“I am allergic to eggs and this is the only place that has an egg replacement (tofu) that makes a sandwich that is just as good as real egg. the staff are all hilarious and so friendly. they also make the best mocha in pittsburgh… maybe even the world… the vegan pastries don’t even taste vegan 🙌🙌“

“A chill spot for great coffee and small bite to eat. Popped in on our way out of the city. The barista was very helpful! Ordered the dulche de Leche and mocha - both were very good, neither too sweet. I really enjoyed the rich caco flavor of the mocha. Also ordered a chicken empanada with the chimi sauce - wow! Chicken was not heavily seasoned and flavorful, empanada crust was firm and crisp, and the chimi was great!! Also purchased a chocolate bar from the Putumayo department of Columbia- flavorful yet not overpowering. Can't wait to use the coffee beans we also purchased.“

“I don’t get wowed often but this place is worth every penny. We got the cheapest bread you could buy and steak tar tar to start, both were great, then we shared 2 large entrees - the rainbow trout and the chicken, both were 10/10, probably the most perfectly cooked fish I’ve ever had in my life and again I don’t get wowed often. This is by far now our favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh to go to, hands down a PREMIERE spot to eat.“

“The espresso is very good, smooth and creamy with just a little brightness. The beans used today were dark roast, which came through in the flavor. I had a quad cortado, my husband had a quad latte. No sweeteners so the espresso taste has no place to hide so must be good. My husband had a strawberry almond scone. The texture was more cakey than a traditional scone. He said it was delicious and really enjoyed it. Service was very good and efficient. (Just FYI there is vegan milk for coffee, but no vegan food options. Even the overnight oats have dairy.)“
