Even though this location is incredibly busy, everyone remains attentive, friendly, and personable every single time. They always have smiles on their faces, remember names and orders, and make the experience feel welcoming. There are closer locations to me, but I always come here because of the team here. Keep up the amazing work!“

“I usually don't go to this chain unless I'm traveling and it's the only thing available. Recently I heard someone mention a new burger was on the menu. I decided to give the Arch burger a try. It was really good. It was the best burger I've experienced at this chain in many years. I hope this is the beginning of better menu items in the future. To me the Arch burger is a hit and should be on the menu permanently. I will definitely be willing to eat more of those and have already recommended it to 4 people already.“

“Needle & Bean is my home away from home in the South Hills. Every barista is so welcoming and people I look forward to being served by and also getting music recommendations from. Mike, the owner, is always great for a music convo, plus his taste in music is impeccable. Not only that but it's one of the only coffee shops in the South Hills with free parking! This isn't even mentioning their 3rd wave coffee and superb vinyl offerings and growing event calendar. I cannot recommend N&B enough.“

“Walking into the old post office feels like stepping back in time. The building is beautifully renovated, with charming side rooms that add to the cozy atmosphere. Everything is made fresh, and the coffee was absolutely amazing. Our breakfast sandwiches were delicious—hot, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We loved how dog-friendly it was, making it easy to pop in and out with your pup. The whole place has a warm, family-friendly vibe. Truly a hidden gem right in the heart of Carnegie!“

“I have always preferred DC over DD ; I moved back to PA after 33 years and I finally found found one on Brownsville Rd in Pittsburgh. I order the maple frosted Cinnamon rolls !! Let me tell you they don’t make them anywhere this good. Try them !!! Also the other donuts are the real deal. Not some crap from Dunkin !!! Love you guys , please don’t ever leave.“

“Great coffee and super friendly staff. Good shopping pit-stop but also just an awesome place to grab a coffee or two while you work on things, read, or chat before catching a movie next door or taking the nearby T. They keep everything so much cleaner than any other nearby coffee place which is very important to me. Plus it’s an in-line store so you’ll be out of the noise/chaos of the mall. The coffee and flavors, even sugar free ones are great. The bags of coffee beans you can buy come in a lot of great flavors as well. Highly recommend!“

“The staff at this location ( #66503) are super friendly and very accommodating. I pulled up at the drive at 7:55 p.m. on Thursday 03.05.26 to order an iced tea. I know they close at 8 so I knew I was cutting it super close. They didn't have any black tea ready but brewed me my tea anyway. Then apologized for the wait. No apology needed. They went above and beyond by making sure I had my order before they closed. “We had lunch at LeoGreta today and stopped at the bakery as we were leaving. We just tried the apple pie and it was delicious. Great crust and the filling wasn’t overly sweet, apples had a bite still and the spices were perfect! I had a good cappuccino as well! Definitely recommend and will be back!“

“Rink Side Cafe' is veteran owned and owned by John Dziak. I worked with John to open Rink Side and I must say his employees are fantastic and are putting out the same quality products as Crazy Horse Coffee. The Johnny Waffles are fantastic! You can't go wrong with a cup of coffee and a waffle!“
