“What a lovely surprise here in South Hills. I am rarely here and mostly for work; I searched for a cafe on Google and chose Colombino Coffee and I am very pleased. First of all the place is original, quirky, very nice, cozy, and clean. The barista welcomed me with a big smile and she was very friendly and her cappuccino is hands down the best I've had in Pittsburgh and surroundings. I love the lid with the stopper. They have a kitchen and some pastries on display. They also sell granola bars, chips, coffee and other goodies. I was here on a Thursday around 11:30 and there was only one more person working. If I lived here I'd definitely be working here too.The cafe has a parking lot shared with the other businesses so I doubt parking is ever a problem.Absolutely recommended!“
“Always clean, employees are always awesome whether I'm there at 6am or 5pm and they never fail to get my order near perfection (which is hard cause I'm a little picky with my coffee lol) they don't always have the donuts I'm looking for (rarely) but when they don't they usually have my second choice! They have offered to have me wait on occasion if I'm really in the mood for them and they have them preparing them in the back, which is no issue at all and I will wait some times! They've never gotten my order wrong whether I'm in the drive through or dining in! Just a great place to get great coffee and really yummy breakfast items! My dad and I make this our go to for breakfast!“
“Again, it's Starbucks. Not a lot changes from store to store except for the availability of ingredients. Staff is friendly during the very brief interaction. Drinks come out relatively quickly. Only issue is when folks take other folks drinks by mistake. Not really anything that can be done but the baristas make up for it. We noticed this happening during our last visit but, in this particular case, the customer took an identical drink but bigger size mistakenly. "Mistakenly" as you can never tell as each person orders different items but I could see this being exploited by a group of friends often.“

“All in all it's a good experience with the food and everything it's just once in a while they'll mess up your order so you got to make sure that you look at your order before you leave and usually somebody that's new it's still learning so I give him the benefit of the doubt but all in all it'“
“Clean and colorful, all-gender friendly, delicious coffee cakes, very nice owner. He really has a sense of community and is using his space to do good in the community through neighborhood clean-ups, chess events for all levels, and more. Check it out.“
“Today was my second visit here, after having finally stopped in a couple weeks ago. This place is nothing short of AWESOME! It's bright and happy, with wonderful colors and totally unique tabletops--created by the owners! They have done most everything themselves, a true accomplishment and a reason to be proud! The employees are unfailingly friendly and helpful! The owners have hired handicapped individuals, and today I was fortunate to see the owner teaching one such an employee a new skill, and she was so patient and very encouraging, helping this young woman to catch on quickly and feel good about herself. You don't see an employer working to build up employees that way very often. They have an amazing assortment of handmade ice cream, some flavors you'd expect and some you wouldn't. Truth be told, I've yet to try the ice cream, as both times I've been here, it's been morning and I was on a quest for coffee, but I sure do plan to get around to it! Now, the pastries. Ah, the PASTRIES! Beautiful huge cookies with a great variety, to start. And muffins and danish, and turnovers, oh my! On my first visit, I had a wonderful cherry danish, and this time I opted for a cranberry chocolate chip muffin that turned out to be nothing short of fabulous!! SO fabulous, in fact, that I got half a dozen to go, to share with friends this afternoon. (Although, truth be told, I'm making a good argument to myself to keep them all...!) I got a plain old coffee, although they also do a bunch of other coffee house-type specialty beverages for those who prefer those. The coffee was great, not horribly strong but with plenty of body and flavor. The coffee and muffin made my day. And today, I learned from talking to the owner that they have live bluegrass music on Fridays around 6pm. AND I found out that they also do pies, so, YAY! They're also incredibly accommodating, as she told me that with a few hours notice, they'll create pretty much any custom item you want! Doesn't get any better than that, right? Okay, those of you out there who have read my reviews before know that I can write good reviews for good places. This time, though, I'm going to add this: Cookie Cookie absolutely DESERVES your business! This is a business that gives back in a number of ways, and they deserve your support. Even if you live a bit out of the way, do make a point of coming here. I promise you'll enjoy whatever you get, and you'll be helping these folks to help others.“
“If you were going on a coffee shop tour across America, and could only stop at one Pittsburgh area coffee shop I'd choose this one. If you don't order food, you miss the full experience, though. The outside setting is like walking on a model train board, which is very quaint.“
“Best place for coffee in all of the South Hills.Reginald’s has a wonderful selection of coffee drinks and beans to purchase for home. My favorite thing about Reginald’s is the staff. Talk about nice and personable. Can’t get this at Starbucks, at least not in my experience. Their little gift shop of trinkets make great gift ideas, too.
