Dynamic Coffee Roasters is a truly exceptional specialty coffee spot in Pittsburgh. The coffee is sourced with direct trade relationships, and the owner knows the farms and farmers personally, building long-term relationships. This is the only place to get single source Honduran coffee, and sometimes customers can even meet the farmers who grow it. The coffee is thoughtfully roasted, with offerings leaning towards the medium side and a few medium-light roasts. Highly skilled, competition level baristas provide fantastic service. The pour over preparation is almost ceremonial, resulting in a clean, sweet, beautifully balanced cup. One reviewer noted they had one of the best coffees ever, and the croissant was really unexpectedly good. The espresso, cortado, and pour over are all excellent. The shop features a Coffee Aroma Display with glass tubes to smell the fresh aroma. It is an awesome spot to work and chill, with a beautiful common area attached. The only critique is a small menu that takes a little bit to get coffee, but it is a must for true coffee enthusiasts.
