Went into to pee after waiting for and hour and I went in to be told to go into the bathroom I needed to purchase something which I did and after while waiting for my drink I watched a man who ordered nothing and asked the code and was told the code without having to purchase something. This is simply a case of double standards and greed which is ridiculous. Won't be going again.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and it's awesome! Melissa and her crew of Baristas are amazing. They welcome everyone and treat everyone with respect. (Even some customers who aren't so nice!) The place is always clean and they are consistent when making drinks. It's always a comfortable place to meet friends, hang out, and have a snack or great drink.

Very poor experience with one of their barista's, Britt was extremely dishonest and highly unprofessional. Starbucks is supposed to be friendly, professional, inclusive of LGBT and adhere to ADA laws. It's not supposed to be a hostile environment. I was an actual customer here, I went in and got a drink, so I can legitimately write this review.

I ordered two items of food because I haven’t eaten all day and when I went in, there were two employees at the counter just talking, While my stickers were printed out at the machine behind them, paying no attention to the customers order. Eventually, another member came over and grabbed my food, but they didn’t even heat it up. Correct me if I’m wrong, but the standard is to heat up the food. I don’t want to eat a cold sugarplum danish, just wasted my money and my time. As somebody who used to work for this establishment, it’s upsetting

I ordered thru the mobile app at the wrong location but they still made me my latte without me having to pay again when I showed them my online order. They didnt have to do that but they were kind enough to!
