I order here because it is close to work and lately every time I order they are at least 20-30 minutes behind on drinks whether or not the store is busy. If you can’t handle mobile orders, don’t take them. Or update the app to show accurate ready times… so many people are late for work because we can’t make a quick coffee run any more.

Starbucks at 202 6th St Pittsburgh, PA 15222 brews AMAZING Dark Roast Coffee. I love strong bold dark coffee. I have been to hundreds of Starbucks locations all over the United States and overseas. This location impressed me with the rich bold flavor of their coffee. The coffee was hot, fresh, and there were no grounds at the bottom of the cup. Absolutely perfect! The Barista was fast and professional. I also judge the quality of a Starbucks based on their electric outlets. They have multiple outlets by their tables for charging your devices. Thank you for serving me a cup of coffee the way I always hope it will taste!

Bro, this is one of the best Starbucks in the Pittsburgh area. The staff is really friendly, they make good coffee, and the tables are always clean. Compared to the one in Market Square, this one is decently better.

This is the only Starbucks I come into because Alex truly makes it an amazing experience with her wonderful customer service. Sometimes it is a long wait simply because everyone wants her to make their drink. I am never disappointed. She always makes it a pleasant time when I come in, even if it is a busy morning or afternoon.

Big shoutout to the team working the morning of 6/24! It was a major return-to-office day for one of the big employers downtown, and even though the store was clearly slammed, the employees stayed kind, professional, and kept things moving. You could tell they were hustling and doing their best. Really appreciated the positive energy under pressure!

Ordered through the starbucks app. They had our order waiting for us.🤓🥰
They had offered an option because they were out of what I ordered, but quick to get the pastry for us. Great customer service. Professional.

I can't say it's the worst Starbucks on earth, but I can say it's the worst I've been to. Extremely slow...and that's when they don't forget to make your food. TWICE!

There's plenty of other Starbucks. Avoid this one!

Male staff member with glasses extremely condescending. Drinks weren’t ready at same time due to different printers printing different orders. The slow order was a brewed coffee.

Staff is friendly and the coffee is not undelicious; however the facilities could use some improvement. Bathroom doesn't have a hand dryer and toilets are not clean.

Grabbed a short matcha latte and mocha before a lecture. Very very nice person behind the counter agreed to provide short drinks and heat up a croissant. However disappointed to discover sugar in my matcha latte. Starbucks, please get rid of that or make it optional.

Unbelievable. I was an employee there for 2 weeks. I was harassed by a customer outside of the store, before the store opened, with no employees inside. Threatened and called every name in the book. All because I tried asking him to step away from the door because he was banging on it, and pulling the door so hard it almost broke open. The customer complained about me, when I was the one harassed and threatened. It turned into this whole investigation to which I was getting no answers about. I decided the job ultimately was not worth the stress, and I put my notice in YESTERDAY. I was told I could finish out the rest of the week by Troy Sharman, store manager. Tell me why today, the District Manager, Nick Nury, comes in and pulls me to the back and basically says we're cutting your notice now and sending you home. His explanation was since the investigation was still going, it's "what was best". The investigation dealing with the customer that I was harassed by. And I only had 2 days left to finish out my week. Absolutely ridiculous, and I will be filing a complaint.
