I'm a regular at Starbucks, but my experience here was terrible. They made my coffee and had to throw it away several times, and it was still wrong.
There were two cashiers I wore in line the girl skipped right past me and took the white girls behind me and waited for the black guy to serve me then wait 30 min there putting everything out but my small black coffee no cream no sugar and then put it on the counter and don't even call my name horrible and wasn't even busy jus rude đ like we as a people gotta do better

The employees have zero customer service. Will never return. Seems like youâre competing with McDonaldâs to have the dumbest employees.

On Thursday 4/24/25 at around 6 pm I went here with my gf and the lady checking us out was college age and had black hair and looked mean as could be. My girlfriend got a strawberry frape and asked for it âblendedâ just meaning that she wanted the purĂ©e mixed into it not sitting in the cup. The lady was so rude and basically acted like she was stupid for asking such a thing. Look I understand not understanding what someone is asking for, especially after a long day, but she had no patience and was very rude. She even said âI do not have the brain power to deal with this todayâ and rolled her eyes. Yes a direct quote. She didnât even try to give a fake customer service smile. I was real close to telling this girl off. Get her in check she ainât better than any of us.

Staff was busy with the drive through. They did make eye contact, but did not offer 1 greeting or acknowledgement of my presence. I would hope it didn't have anything to due with the fact I was in a hi vis hoodie. They seemed to look down their nose at me. Have been to this venue before and the service was great, today not so much.
Stopped for 1decaf 1 reg grande latte with two squirts of vannilla, 1 sweetener and a strawberry drink. They gave me straight coffee. And charged me for it. The person in front of me gave her coffee back and got a refund and left ! Very disappointed morning.

Iâm sorry that I cannot remember his name or tell you what he looked like (he was wearing a mask), but I appreciate that he helped me out today and was very nice. I felt bad I didnât have cash to tip after redeeming a free beverage

Starbucks went down hill. Everything's even more money for a poorer quality in my opinion. Service is okay but seem to be confused of what their making. They try but 15 minutes for a latte was a little much.

Last week I was harassed by an employee about people not wearing masks anymore. Yes in 2024 I had this happen. When I turned him in the girl that took the complaint started asking me about my political affiliation. Completely nuts. When I called and left my phone number for management, I was never called back.
It taste like water and they add no flavor like every other star bucks me and some of my family got mochas I do not like the service took forever and very confusing to go through the drive thru

At 754pm, a full 6 minutes before cloae, the black haired employee refused to let us order a refresher. Wow.
