A few days ago I ordered in the drive through and the girl couldn’t remember my order after each time I said it. Finally she said “oh let me put it in the computer I’m sorry I can’t remember” my order was just a coffee with cream. Today, a different girl took my order and she couldn’t understand me saying “blonde roast grande with extra sweet cream” and asked if I wanted a latte. She still got my order wrong and I needed to just go to work so I didn’t say anything.

I wonder if Starbucks has any standers. I got a large coffee today Capuchino and when foam was gone, I realize it was only hardly half a cup of coffee, and its $6.15 Its last time when I stoped by for coffee at Starbacks.

Solid. Because it's somewhat tucked away and not as heavily advertised as some of the other Starbucks locations on McKnight it's able to have a very relaxed environment while not being obscenely busy. Also they have a huge parking lot so no issues finding a place to park if you just wanna chill and hang out.

I am a regular customer in the mornings. The AM staff knows me, my order, my everything through the drive through. They are WONDERFUL. I cannot stay it enough. Nor express the love I have for the AM staff. They are so sweet, kind, fun and funny. I truly look forward to beginning my mornings with them hearing them excitedly saying hello to me and chatting with me. They are caring and genuinenly take the time (when they can) to talk with me even if it's a quick chat. AM Starbies team you are my people. I love you guys <3

Met up with someone I barely knew here to sell things from my curio collection (An articulated monkey skull from a wonderful curio store, and a gilded page Masonic Bible in case inquiring minds were wondering lol) in order to afford to pay my traffic violation ticket while simultaneously being extorted under domestic abuse. Overall, it was as close to a wonderful experience you could get, despite almost cosmically comical circumstances. Safe place to meet up for a surprise fire sale on stuff that somehow still held value while I was financially crippled. The coffee was impeccable, even though I believe they had to do a pour over brew for me that close to closing time because I usually prefer blonde roast since it's low acid and has a brighter flavor. The staff was very kind that evening. I did feel very weird/embarrassed about my situation leading me to the nearest Starbucks, especially considering no woman wants to part out a historic Masonic Bible from her book collection at the local Starbucks to pay a $250 fine, but ayyy what's a woman to do. Shout-out to the Starbucks staff for their spirit of nonjudgment to a gal just trying to get her life together, and a great late night cup of coffee while everywhere else in town was closed. 🤣
I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes at this Starbucks (4840 McKnight Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237) for a mobile pickup order. Despite having several employees behind the counter, the service is painfully slow. It seems like they completely ignore mobile pickup orders and give full priority to the drive-thru. There is no clear order tracking, no updates, and no sense of urgency. The app says the average wait time is 4–6 minutes, but that’s clearly not the case here. I feel like my time and order are being treated as unimportant. My appetite is gone, and if I don’t get my order soon, I’m just going to leave without it. Very disappointing experience.

The worst customer service ever I asked for a drink that I get daily the same way they tried to argue with me then denied me my drink very racist. I been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and years never been denied a drink and the lady claimed she was a shift supervisor and told me to call cooperate and her district manager like she didn’t care at all.
