I ordered two medium Summer Skies drinks on Saturday and went through the drive-through. When I reached the window, the employee said, "Oh, we made a mistake on your order. You’re getting a venti instead." I responded with, "Wow, great." Then she handed me the second drink in a small cup, saying, "You can fight over who gets the big one," before closing the window. I found it unusual that the staff member seemed to be not caring and thinking it is funny . I am the most laid back guy ever but it was the demeanor that made me leave this second review of my life.

i was not having a great day, and i asked for a drink that was manly, seeing as my buddy got some sort of innately feminine latte or something, and whichever young woman was working that drive thru, decided to throw some labels on my bev about how “manly” it was after recommending what she claimed was the manliest drink on the menu. needless to say when i saw all these “super manly” labels all over my drink, it absolutely made my day today. good job to whoever that girl was, shes going places and i hope the current ceo makes the right decision to relinquish his position to said drive thru employee. needless to say, the drink paired extremely well with the cigar i was smoking. thank you Starbucks and give that girl a raise.

Sealed bag leaked hot coffee and hot chocolate all over my vechicle, my clothing and myself when I picked it up from my passenger seat. Entire bottom of bag was SOAKED/SATURATED. Upon inspection, drink lids were loosely scattered on top of the cups in the bag, not secure.Called the store, they admitted that there was a supplier change and are aware if the lids not fitting properly. Asked for a manager, no one was available.Emailed corporate, was told nothing they can do. I just want reimbursed for having to professionally clean my vehicle.

Leaving an immediate review because the woman taking orders at the drive-thru 1/15/24 around 11am is an absolute queen who made my day! She was extremely positive and joyful and even put a silly spin on my name which was adorable. I already texted my best friend to tell her about my experience. That employee is a beautiful soul- I hope management can figure out the employee name and give her credit because she is fantastic!Also, the man who took my payment and gave me my coffee was also very kind. Thanks for a great experience today! ?
Since they’ve opened they’ve been my go to McKnight Starbucks. Even when I’ve gotten wrong items they make sure to correct it. Always friendly and kind.

The approach at the drive-thru is so rude. I placed a mobile order and instead of her at least saying “Gm” she open the window to say “YOU GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT BY THE STAIRS BC YOUR ORDER CAME IN LATE” I dislike how nowadays people are not being raised to be polite. She lucky my kids in the car or I would of showed her what pettiness is. You can’t kill rudeness with kindness nowadays, you need to kill it with rude pettiness.
