Leaving an immediate review because the woman taking orders at the drive-thru 1/15/24 around 11am is an absolute queen who made my day! She was extremely positive and joyful and even put a silly spin on my name which was adorable. I already texted my best friend to tell her about my experience. That employee is a beautiful soul- I hope management can figure out the employee name and give her credit because she is fantastic!Also, the man who took my payment and gave me my coffee was also very kind. Thanks for a great experience today! ?

The approach at the drive-thru is so rude. I placed a mobile order and instead of her at least saying “Gm” she open the window to say “YOU GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT BY THE STAIRS BC YOUR ORDER CAME IN LATE” I dislike how nowadays people are not being raised to be polite. She lucky my kids in the car or I would of showed her what pettiness is. You can’t kill rudeness with kindness nowadays, you need to kill it with rude pettiness.

Mostly a drive-through Starbucks, which is what makes it more attractive to come inside; small, and few tables, but sparsely occupied, so better chance of being undisturbed. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Mark is the equivalent of talking to a corpse. Cold, unresponsive, and makes everyone in the room uncomfortable to some extent. Literally the most awkward I’ve ever felt in my life. Went up to the counter and dude didn’t even say a word or look at us. I would’ve preferred an actual cadaver to take my order. The other woman who was working with him was doing EVERYTHING, while he was doing absolutely nothing. That’s it. I never review, but this experience made me so uncomfortable that I needed to say something. Yeesh?
