This morning I went to this location and I’ve NEVER had better service.. the line moved so incredibly fast, the gentleman at the window asked me how my morning was, and everything tasted wonderful! In, out AND greeted with my drink all within 5 mins. Phenomenal
I frequent this location pretty often and the employees are usually more efficient than other locations I’ve visited in the area. However, there is one barista in particular Juliarose, that makes me want to immediately walk back out and try another location when I see shes the one making the drinks because I know my order will take way longer than it needs to. A few days ago I ordered in the drive through and the girl couldn’t remember my order after each time I said it. Finally she said “oh let me put it in the computer I’m sorry I can’t remember” my order was just a coffee with cream. Today, a different girl took my order and she couldn’t understand me saying “blonde roast grande with extra sweet cream” and asked if I wanted a latte. She still got my order wrong and I needed to just go to work so I didn’t say anything.
