This location is AMAZING!!! The view is spectacular! The service is probably the best I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I thought they were brand new and had just opened because it was so clean and nice. And the Store Manager was wonderful!! I had an issue purchasing a cup and she came right over and helped with the situation. Most managers would just sit there and not bother to help or get involved. And she was in the middle of a meeting!! Now that’s service!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING GREAT!Parking: It is literally right on the river! Tons of parking!! And they offer overflow parking as well!!!Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible with both a concrete ramp and sitting areas too, inside and outside.

Went to this Starbucks on a Monday morning on my way to work, service was quick, but everything I ordered was disgusting or just incorrect. The venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso (a popular menu item) had no brown sugar syrup in it, and tasted like gross watered down coffee. The sausage CHEDDAR egg sandwich had no cheese on it, leaving it to bread egg and sausage. I appreciate fast service in the morning, but would rather wait and receive my items CORRECTLY, especially with how expensive Starbucks is. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks on my way to work, hopefully they can get it together. Not looking to further waste my money on coffee and food I could make better at home myself. I would recommend skipping this location.

I am a Starbucks addict. NEVER. Had to leave a bad review but these employees are the worst… I’m pretty sure they gave me the wrong drink because when I asked for what I wanted they had a melt down and complained it would take an additional five minutes and I said that was okay and they were upset visibly and verbally. How upsetting to do your job that you expect me to pay you to do as well as your employer. These employees are so rude about tipping… that card reader tip thing destroyed your employees. They watch and act rude seeing you hit the no thank you button and then roll their eyes and then I don’t want to leave my cash tip after… it’s sad honestly. I spend about 8-12 dollars a day before tipping and I'm so tired of the rudeness. Sorry for the rant but these chicks frustrated me today.

I’m not typically one to complain. But I like to stop at Starbucks before my 12 hour shifts and usually give myself extra time to do so. The lady at the drive through was having a full conversation with the car ahead and showing pictures on her phone, texting, and chitchatting. When I pulled up to the window my coffee had not even been started. I was late to work for a $7 cup of oat milk because there’s hardly even any coffee in this drink.

Waited 20mins for a tea & croissant. Also when calling out names PLEASE speak up. I was standing there and they just mumble name's. Also the young lady making coffee at the front counter please smile.

The employees are nice but every time I mobile order from here my drink is wrong. I do not have an overly complicated drink. I’m not sure if they are just in too big of a hurry or what but it’s so disappointing when my morning coffee drink is not what I wanted! The other day it was totally undrinkable as they had put a crazy amount of syrup in it. It’s honestly not even unique to this one, I feel like the accuracy at Starbucks has really gone down.

I really like the Starbucks it can be busy at times, but it's always very clean. There's plenty of room to sit down and do your work or just pick your drink up and leave. They also have a drive-thru which is very convenient at times. They got a good crew working there.

I picked up a Mobile Order from this location and it was a horrible experience. Not only did it take 20+ minutes to make a simple drink (Cold Brew with Sweet Cream Cold Foam and some syrup) but they also messed up my drink order. They somehow poured my cold foam ontop of the lid, I think there was some in the cup too. It seems like this was intentional for whatever reason. Will be making a formal complaint to Starbucks about this. I just hope the baristas there learn how to make drinks properly to prevent this issue from happening in the future.

Everyone who works here is always so nice, which is why this is my favorite Starbucks location! I will say I think more staff is needed. For instance, today my order took 30 minutes from the time I ordered to the time the order was completed. I also recognize that that isn't the fault of the baristas, it's more of a logistics issue.

Went through drive thru. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan, but I appreciate the customer service, attention to detail, and the authority given to every worker to correct issues. I wish people were not as snooty and mean to Starbucks workers. Impeccable service made customer expectations go overboard. It's coffee people, take it easy.

No complaints on the menu. Everything is always made correctly. The drive thru staff always seem pleasant but they are not as pleasant when you go inside the store. On two occasions I was not greeted while at the register. The staff at the Banksville location is much nicer.

love the people at this location.a few months ago I really stopped going to Starbucks for a few reasons. the only one Starbucks corporate probably cares about is the new oat milk is awful and makes me sick so now I got to Dunkin'.there's also the whole firing of workers trying to unionize, awful affiliations, et c et c, the atrocity that is making employees endure red cup day, and so on and so forth and yada yada yada.again, LOVE the employees here. gracious and speedy and talented and kind!
