Slippery floors for the win
There are always nice and hardworking people in here. They do seem understaffed, though. If management sees this, help your people out and hire a few more.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations with lots of space and open windows and a friendly hard-working staff.

Starbucks Coffee Company in this area offers a generally positive experience with friendly and professional staff, clean facilities, and good service. Many customers appreciate how their drinks and food are on time and correct, especially when ordering face-to-face. The atmosphere is often cheerful, with staff members being friendly, knowledgeable, and providing excellent service, which encourages repeat visits. Some customers highlight the quality of specific drinks like the iced mocha caffé and mango dragon fruit lemonade, noting that they are always made just right. Sanitation measures are taken seriously, especially when customers request drinks in their own cups, adding to the sense of safety and cleanliness.
However, there are some issues noted. Customer service can be inconsistent, with some employees being less friendly or not meeting expectations. A recurring concern involves the accuracy of decaf orders, as some customers reported receiving caffeinated drinks despite specifying decaf, leading to discomfort and disappointment. Additionally, one customer expressed concern over a staff member drawing a smiley face on their cup, which was unsettling. Despite these issues, the overall experience at this Starbucks location is positive, with many customers praising the staff's friendliness and the quality of their drinks, making it a recommended spot for coffee lovers in the area.
