Walked here for a coffee because the Starbucks app said the store was open until 9pm. Showed up at 5:05pm and a sign on the door said they were closing at 5:30 today… but the doors were locked and the store was empty 25 minutes before that time!

I’m not in the area a lot, but whenever I find myself at this Starbucks, I notice how nice the staff is, and the store is always very clean, which is a big plus. Great job, you beautiful people who fuel my caffeine addiction! lol

Hands down the BEST Starbucks location. I have been going to Starbucks every single day for the past 3 years or so and I’ve tried tons of locations and this location is the best one every single time. They’re quick, their staff is super friendly, and their lattes have no business being as good as they are. I wish every Starbucks location was more like this one.

One of the friendliest Starbucks store I’ve been to! Visiting here in PA from California, love my Chai Tea lattes from Starbucks and always happy when they are super nice and make my drink perfect! Two days in a row, 2 sets of employees, all soooo friendly!!

Awful decision on starbucks end to open a coffee shop in the historic strip district of Pittsburgh. you can see multiple locally owned places standing at the front door and there’s even more if you walk onto Penn. If you’re seeing this please DO NOT support a massive corporate chain being built here and support the 5+ other places that all have great coffee, food, employees, and an ounce of individuality. I’d hate for other big businesses to take over this area too
