Mobile ordered a traveler, arrived 15 min after ordering and the traveler had not even been started yet. I waited an additional 10 min after that. Staff seemed untrained on how to prepare this. Mobile order updates posted my order was ready within 10 min of ordering. Poor experience.

I absolutely love this Starbucks!!! It’s hands down my favorite spot for coffee. The quality of the coffee is consistently amazing and always hits the spot for me. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure!🫶🏻 Plus, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, which makes it the perfect place to relax or get some work done. Highly recommend!

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Jenna was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I am an extremely regular customer of Starbucks. Literally have spent thousands of dollars per year at Starbucks. They would not give me the code to the bathroom without me making a purchase. I have a medical disability where I legally am allowed to access restrooms and they were extremely sarcastic and rude and snippy with me, telling me I can make a purchase if I really need to use the restroom that bad. I understand that they truly may not be able to let me use the restroom because of company policy, but the way she spoke to me was truly horrible. Jenna was truly the most horrible person I have ever met at a Starbucks and I have been to literally hundreds. I have gone out of my way multiple times to write glowing positive reviews of Starbucks employees, so this is an EXTREMELY unusual situation. Please take this seriously Starbucks corporate.

There are a ton of really good local coffee shops on this strip to spend your money with. I will never spend another dime here. On a 95 degree day I came inside to get water. I didn't expect anything for free so i asked to purchase tap water but the cashier said I can only buy a bottle of water but would give me a cup with ice with it. I bought the bottle and waited for the barista to give me the cup of ice. After a few mins of not receiving it, I asked her for the cup of ice and she refused. I told her I was a paying customer and paid for the drink. She refused again and said she could only give cups if I bought a coffee. You would have thought the money from the cups came out of her paycheck. I surely hope she gets a gold star for saving a cup from a paying customer. Thanks but I’ll continue to support La Prima, coop de ville, deFer, and bitty beaus for coffee in the area. Those places have much better coffee.

Ordered breakfast for mobile pickup and it was done by the time we walked there from the hotel. It was clean inside and there were plenty of tables to sit. There are bathrooms available but you will need to ask for the keycode to access them. The staff seemed very efficient and the overall experience was great. We would patronize this location again.

This is a Starbucks I will never go back to again. They will not let you use the restroom unless you buy something. And inside the restroom they have no paper towels to dry your hands but they have a needle disposal bin for drug users. Like a drug users is going to ever buy a coffee or something to go in the restroom to just use drugs. And the server was rude and obnoxious. If this is some woke idea I can see Starbucks going out of business soon. What's funny is the business next door to them welcomes people in to just use the restroom if they want to. And people don't need to buy anything. I will never go there again.
