Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream is a franchise that makes custom ice creams with liquid nitrogen. Customers choose the size, cream base, flavor, and mix-ins from many options, and employees mix the ice creams at negative 321 degrees. I ordered the off-the-menu Citric Substance ice cream. I had fun watching the mixing of original cream, raspberry flavor, berries, and mangos. The size small was actually a generous size, and I really liked the flavor of the ice cream and waffle cone....
The experience at subzero was amazing, not only because of the ice cream and the process, but the employee Kayla, went above and beyond, and provided us the best experience and explained everything to us. I believe this girl deserves a raise! She was so kind and the ice cream was delicious!
