The sales person is not allowed to use reusable cups and every coffee is sold in a paper cup. This is unacceptable and should no longer happen in 2023!

The sandwiches delivered ars always not so good as those dine in, the bread is no longer crunchy and the meat is tepid. The best point of Subway is its health consideration with lots of vegetable and appropriate protein.

It's a clean enough Subway more or less, except they're sooo expensive and so stingy in every way! Coupons work on certain sandwiches only and they do not give enough vegetables. I asked for more green peppers, the only vegetable on the sandwich, and was limited to like 8 cuts of green pepper. This is the most expensive Subway in the county, I'm sure (outside of airports, stadiums, etc) and it shouldn't feel so cheap.

Subway used to be my favorite fast food restaurant but I have been disappointed by quite a few in the last 2 years. Food and service were inconsistent. This one, however, surprised me with good food and service. Will visit again in future trips to Pittsburgh.

I'm a regular here. The days when I can order food and eat it arw great! Friendly staff.But about 50% of the time I go in, turn around, and leave. A line of 5 people takes 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch. The workers have no sense of urgency whatsoever. They have 1 speed -slow.
