I try to avoid this subway. They make using a coupon difficult, charge for a bag, give you one napkin and none are stocked in the dispenser. The bathroom has no mirror. I have found several of the nearby subways are a bit customer friendly. But I do love subway.

Nachos pretty Allright, only complaint is I couldn't add in extras even offered to pay extra still a no??? Why??? I'm a paying customer. I guess subway ain't have it your way. Now that I have gone through the reviews I agree the Indian girl working night shift seemed to have an aditude. Her co worker seemed pretty nice and helpful also I think she needs retrained like spreed out the meat it's not hard subway is pretty easy

Since when does Sunway not toast the flatbread? Apparently this one. Girl working at 5:10pm today looked at me like I was crazy for wanting it toasted. So thanks for the anxiety attack, now I don't even have an appetite for dinner. Left before we got past the bread portion of the order. Not happy at all.

Despite what other reviewers are reporting, I've always had a pleasant experience at this location. I usually go on Fridays or the weekend and everyone is very kind and the food is as expected.

Extremely Horrible customer service. The Indian woman displayed an attitude while making my sandwich as if she was doing me a favor. I had to remind her to add cheese and toast my sandwich because she didn’t ask nor offer to do either. While checking out, the coupon I attempted to use wouldn’t scan, the woman snatched the coupon off of the counter in an aggressive manner which resulted in her ripping it in half. Also, apparently this location doesn’t offer bags to hold the sandwiches. I ordered multiple sandwiches and to carry them wrapped in the thin paper that they use to wrap the sandwiches. Trash location with trash employees.
Customer service here is absolutely terrible. The woman working there couldn't care less on how customers are treated. She was extremely rude and was making rude comments under her breath (I could still hear her), about my personal preferences for my food. She was even rude to the person who was ahead of me. I won't be coming back to this location.
*Editing to add: when I opened my sub, I had found mold on the bread. Absolutely disgusting...they did fix it for me.

One of the worst subways as far as customer service goes. Two young girls working there no one speaks when u come in. Could not get orders right and didn’t seem to care. The one on register tried to take us for $20. The over all experience with them insures we will never go back. This took place Saturday July the 6th 2024 in the evening. Who hired them? If I could give less than 1 star I would.

The young woman who was working waited several minutes to even acknowledge we were there. We almost left because we werent being served. She messed up our sandwich and didn't apologize. Did not even fold the sandwich before wrapping it up. After paying, never offered a receipt or said, "have a nice day", she just picked up her phone and walked away. Had an airpod in her ear the entire time, talking to someone and was having trouble hearing us. Terrible customer service.

I've been here 3 times and each time, I've encountered the rudest miserable young employees ever. Young blonde girl with green hair just mumbles and points, the other dark haired girl is no better. They act as though your presence is an inconvenience and they're put off by you. Today was my last visit, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Food is good but the service here is awful. I ordered online thankfully and when I went to go pick up my order, the lady who talk to me was extremely rude. She got really frustrated at the fact that I was picking up a mobile order and when I asked to just get a small add-on and a drink, she threw a fit, this is the worst subway I’ve ever been to definitely going to a different one from now on

I had found myself needing a second income and decided to come back to working for Subway. I worked there through college and knew it was an easy transition.What I didn’t expect to find at this store was the great family that owns this location. They actually care for their business and their employees and that made all of the difference within my employment. The management team is also very quick to fix any issues that come about.I witnessed a very clean environment. A lot of effort is brought on by the workers to make sure the food and establishment are more than exceeding expectations of customers.I would gladly return as an employee and will absolutely be returning as a customer.
