All of the employees are wonderful and very polite. The food is mostly good, although bread is sometimes stale. My biggest issue with this store is the fact that there is only ever one underpaid employee on shift at any given time, and the manager is seemingly never there. There are other issues, like cleanliness, but at the end of the day I don’t eat in the restaurant. Just looking at the store screams health code & food safety violations that the owner clearly does not care about and also potential violations of labor laws, considering the fact that there is never a manager on shift and the employees are left alone to manage an entire store for likely less than $12.50/hour. Management and employee conditions must change at this location, otherwise I will not be returning.

Why won't anyone answer the phone? I placed an order through Door Dash that hasn't been made for over an hour. I've been calling the store repeatedly and no one will answer. Are you closed? How do I get a refund?

Placed an online order and they messed up 2 out of our 3 sandwiches. Also forgot 2 orders of cookies. I’ve tried to call them for the last hour and can’t get anyone to answer their phone! Subway as a whole good luck trying to even find a customer service to call.

I just picked up my sandwich and it was not made well. The bread was not toasted and the cheese was placed on top. It was quite gross. I thought sandwiches were supposed to have cheese on bottom along with any meat or no meat and then toasted and veggies last. With the cost of this sandwich, the quality should be much better. The bread was not fresh. I am not sure I will order again from this location.

Just left with an online order. Specified on there to toast one sandwich since the option wasn't included online. Asked when I got there to make sure and they said they did. Definitely got lied to. I'm more upset about being told you did something when you clearly didn't.
