I know it’s a franchise discretion to accept coupons. I tried using a coupon that explicitly states that it’s allowed in-store or online. They did not allow it in store. It’s not like there is a shortage of food options in the food court. So I just went across the way. Jared from subway would be disappointed…

Usually this Subway is ok, but when the older guy is working its goes downhill fast. He forgets something from every online order and when you tell him theres something missing he gets defensive and says theres not.
