Genuinely we have loved their food since we started coming 2023. Last night, we stopped in around 8:50 the host was pleasant, seated us and let us know last call was at 9:10. 20 minutes is plenty of time to order but it made us wonder. There were 2-3 groups there and everything had closing at 10:00 for their hours. Long story short, 10 definitely was not the accurate closing time. We should’ve have left when we heard last call.

Our food came out around 9:10 and we ordered around 9 so quick wait time! Delicious, huge rolls, impossible to eat in one bite.

Unfortunately, as soon as my fiancé finished his roll, we asked for a box mine and paid. Never felt like such inconvenience at a restaurant. Our waitress was nice, just did seem a little frustrated we were there. Felt like they wanted to close early and our business was in the way.

Walked over to treat for a waffle. I didn’t want to bother them closing for the mochi that I wanted tbh. By the time we were back to the car, the closed sign was on the door, maybe 9:30-9:40. Like I said we do love the food, but this is definitely going to influence our decisions next time. Very very disappointed.

Servers and staff were super nice. Chicken looked abysmal. I’ve never seen chicken breast look like this. The texture when I ate the chicken was kind of slimy as well. Confusing auto gratuity on a party of 2 that was not listed anywhere on the menu or around the restaurant. I personally had no problem tipping as the service was really good, just a heads up for anyone dining in the future. Will never come back because of obvious reasons. I liked the music tho

Company listed themselves as open in Uber Eats, accepted the order, had two drivers circling around waiting to get the food, but it turns out, they were closed. Maybe turn off your POS system before leaving the restaurant so folks don't sit around waiting for food that will never come.

Staff was nice but saw a rat scurry through the restaurant to the kitchen. Sushi chefs looked unphased. 🐀

The staff was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. We waited around after walking in and no one acknowledged us. A girl with glasses at the bar sat on her phone the entire time we were there and never once greeted us or offered any service. Overall, it was a terrible experience. We will never be coming back.

Ramen looked like regular spaghetti noodles and were chewy and gummy. The broth tasted off and had weird aftertaste.The pork belly was over cooked, stiff and tough. The miso soup tasted like bread, overpowering yeasty flavor. Very disappointing. No good 👎🏻👎🏻

Very nice restaurant. The lunch menu was a little confusing but once I figured it out, I had a great lunch! Customer service was good even though our waitress was going through training. I'm going back!
