I go here often with my electric unicycle friends because the food is good and they don't give us crap about our gear inside. Will be coming back. Nom nom nom.
i came here and they told me they couldn’t take my order because they are understaffed and they aren’t taking orders because they are fulfilling mobile orders. absolutely horrible service

Went through the drive to to take food home and when I got home I didn't get what I ordered I ordered a beef burrito and got a bean burrito that's why I quit eating here cuz I always get my water wrong it's the first time I've eaten there in over 3 years

The staff is great! If you order ahead need to ask staff for food, they keep it behind the counter

Terrible Taco Bell. I ordered ahead. The workers except for one girl who seemed very nice. We waited way too long for our order while watching everyone else get theirs. I don’t mind waiting but I do mind when you tell me to go to the window, to the drive through, and then back to the window because there’s absolutely 0 communication. If you don’t like your job quit and find one that makes you happy.

UPDATE: Hopefully mgmt reads this ... teach your team how to turn off delivery services. You take a bigger hit for the chaos that occurred last night 3/14 than you would had you turned off the services. I waited an hour and multiple drivers 12 cars worth were also waiting in your parking lot. Most orders I'm sure canceled as mine did eventually which meant the hell you put your team through was for nothing. Please have more thought for your employees and your customers than to force events like last night ... that being said
Malik was running his butt off between drive thru and online pick ups. Multiple drivers beat on the window, he didn't lose his cool and handled the situation extremely well. I have managed multiple restaurants in my time, including a taco bell in San diego in 1987.
Kudos to the staff for fighting thru a rough night, obviously understaffed and extremely busy.
The service is absolutely very bad I went to buy food from Driver tour at night and really the employees are very rude and they don't even look at your face yes I know they work for hours and they are tired and we work for hours and we are tired but we definitely don't treat the customer like this and also the order they gave has nothing to do with what I wanted, it was literally like a garbage bag, the food in it was inedible and the employee there closed the window in my face very hard and did not even look at my face and did not even listen to me

Someone really knows how to cook at this location. Head & shoulders above the other Taco Bell locations I've eaten at, anywhere around here. Couldn't believe how good the tacos and everything else was..
