Worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but what happened here was so unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others.

My visit started off normally, but quickly went downhill when an issue came up with my order. Instead of calmly addressing it, the manager—Rose—raised her voice at me in front of a full restaurant. I wasn’t being aggressive or disrespectful, yet I was talked down to, embarrassed publicly, and then threatened with being banned for simply grabbing my cup that I had just paid for.

This wasn’t just bad customer service—it was humiliating. A manager is supposed to de-escalate situations, not create a scene. Watching someone in a position of authority yell at a customer was uncomfortable not only for me, but for everyone else who witnessed it.

If this is how customers are treated when there’s even a minor problem, I can’t recommend eating here. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient—not stressful or degrading. There are plenty of other places where you can get the same food without being yelled at or threatened.

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Lack luster taco bell experience. I've been at this taco bell a lot lately and I regret to say I'll come back in the near future still. I say I regret that I'll be coming back because today my experience was disappointing. My chips and all of my friends all tasted like there was mold on them, our chalupas were cold, and the baja blast and baja midnight were out of
flavor. Very disappointed. They did say if a soda is out of flavor to try holding it down for multiple minutes then the flavor may come back. Useful tip for any future customers and taco bell enthusiasts

Edit: my doritos locos taco did not have any toppings on it

Went to this store about half a year ago, then there was an inadequate manager who was arguing with the doordashers instead of controlling the work process. All other customers were waiting for the manager to finish arguing with the doordashers to get their order. I promised myself that I would not visit them again, but the other day I decided to go there because I was nearby. New staff, but the problems are still the same. The new staff was arguing with the doordashers. This time I decided not to even order anything but just to leave. They should finally close this store, as there is only chaos there.

service was horrible. rude women taking orders and giving food. forgot my side of sauce, an messed up my friends quesadilla. how do you mess up a quesadilla?? overall bad experience. they’re horrible. get better employees.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Taco Bell location. The staff were impolite, unresponsive, and outright rude. They showed no concern for the 7–8 customers who were left standing outside in the cold waiting for their orders. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I hope management takes immediate action to improve the service.

First, the place was filthy. If my kitchen was like what I saw, I would be in serious trouble. Second, it took them five minutes after I got my order from their kiosk for them to get me an agua refresher, which tasted rancid. The food was the worst of the Taco Bells I've visited. Third, my gf ordered off the app and it took them 20 minutes before they acknowledged her order. And on top of that, the employees gave her plenty of attitude when she complained and we never spoke to a manager. They offered an extra taco as compensation, which is hardly fair. If there was a way to give ZERO STARS, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They literally forgot half my order when there was 2 cars in the drive thru. Order number 462 whoever rose had working the drive thru on hollween night at 11:05 needs fired they didn't check that the meal was complete they were rude and they tried to have an attitude when I asked for my items and they still only gave me 1 of the 4 items I ordered. Please refund me and retrain your people.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I ever had. I waited FOUR hours for my order. No one should ever have to wait four hours just for it to get canceled after? Insane. Truly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that we received from here.

Slow slow slow. Left 2 ingredients off nachos. Turned in 2nd order for 1 taco since first tacos not very filling. 14 minutes & waiting. No one else here.
