It's a great burger and I got my monies worth. I was skeptical because they don't serve fries in fact they don't even have a fryer. I asked about it and the waiter was very nice and promised that the potatoes were just as great and they weren't lying. The place is quite small but it's intimate and inviting. It's giving pub feel and you can smell the food while standing outside. The burger was everything that I wanted to be as they didn't overcook...
Me and my boyfriend were visiting Pittsburgh for the first time and decided to stop in here to use the restroom and have a beer, we got to talking with the owner and some regulars at the bar and they told us we should come back and try their burger because they are known for it, we decided to give it a shot and we came back two days later. I got the burger special they had that night and my boyfriend had the steak sandwich, everything was absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly...
This is the best burger in the known universe. Grilled over hardwood coals to temperature, they achieve a light crust on the seared surface and your favorite temperature inside. They grind their own beef. If I lived any closer I’d have to get a punch card with my cardiologist because the breakfast burger is to die for!
