The Capital Grille in Pittsburgh is incredible for SERVICE, food, drinks, and environment. My friend and I went late on a thursday night and I am blown away. For starters our waiter was Paul. Paul is knowledgeable, personable, and gave us genuinely the BEST experience. Paul gave excellent descriptions of the food along with specials. He was a great conversationalist and was sure to ask what we were celebrating. He knew we were celebrating birthdays and a new job and provided complementary...
For the price I am very dissapointed in this restaurant. The cocktail menu is on an iPad? Ver classy btw. My steak was of subpar quality. I will say that the truffle fries are excellent but unfortunately fries are not worth the price point. There are a plethora of better restaurants in the area.
Food was good, not great, and lunch was almost $100 for 2 people. CP is getting too pricey in my opinion. I understand prices are going up everywhere but this is more than most places.
