The Circuit Center and Ballroom by The Fluted Mushroom

I attended the Amachi 20 year celebration dinner. The room was beautiful. The food and service was excellent. The jazz group, COL, was quite good. N all, a very enjoyable evening

As an event vendor this place is by far the easiest place I have worked in years. Being that it is the electricians union building power is very plentiful no steps and ample space for parking.

This was the perfect venue for a networking event!!!

We had our 12.16.23 wedding at the Circuit Center and had an awesome experience. The room looked absolutely beautiful and was able to comfortably accommodate close to 300 guests. The food was a hit and the servers were awesome. Would definitely recommend for a wedding or large event!

Very beautiful atmosphere would highly recommend for future venues

I HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at the Circuit Center and Ballroom by The Fluted Mushroom. We recently had our wedding here, and it was just stunning. They helped make the day special.They are equipped to host events of all sizes, and are clearly experts in the field. Not only is the food amazing, but the staff was wonderful. Their facility is perfect for big weddings or having a lot of room for a dance floor or vendors. We were very grateful for how friendly and nice their staff was. They went the extra mile and it was obvious.We had a live band and the space had exactly what we needed. They let our florist come in the day of to setup and were so helpful with letting us drop items off the week leading up to the wedding. We know we had quite a lot of supplies (and cookies) - so getting them early was a game changer!Planning a wedding is stressful, but this is one less thing to have on your plate. If they're available for your date, we suggest booking them!

Awesome venue with great staff

Our daughter's wedding was on May 20th, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful celebration! Angela and Teeka were amazing and wonderful to work with. They both made sure everything was perfect! The food was outstanding (including cocktail hour), and we received so many compliments from our guests. In addition, the time they spent arranging the cookie table would make any person from Pittsburgh proud! Angela and Teeka were present and available the entire day, each making sure things ran smoothly. If you choose the Circuit Center by the Fluted Mushroom, you will not be disappointed! We are so grateful for everything that was done to make the day so special!

A decent place to organize college events

Great place and the fluted mushroom is excellent.

If you are considering this place, don’t. If you’ve already signed with them, I’m sorry. 2 stars is being generous. Maybe they were once great, but that time has past. High turnover and extremely poor communication (multiple coordinators quit and we found out the hard way, it was the week of our wedding we still didn't have a contract finalized. Not to mention they screwed up our tasting and cocktail hour) made our wedding week hell. The owner is out of touch and the staff untrustworthy.When it finally came together, there were lots of little mistakes. I think our guests had fun and it photographed well, but spend your money elsewhere. these people are not worth the headache.Edit: Oh, and don’t expect an apology or explanation for anything—That’s a pipe dream.

I would highly recommend the Circuit Center and Ballroom by The Fluted Mushroom to any couple looking for an exceptional venue with exceptional food! The location is conveniently located in the Southside Works area of Pittsburgh with ample (free) parking and several hotels and restaurants in walking distance.The venue is spacious and was set up exactly how we envisioned it. The space is modern and incredibly clean.The FOOD was amazing, passed and stationary hors d'oeuvre were delicious and plentiful during cocktail hour and the plated dinners were beyond exceptional. Everything was served at the appropriate temperature as well as the attention spent on the specialty meals (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free) for the guests.The attention to detail on the Pittsburgh Cookie Table was incredible. There were several out-of-town guests who had not experienced a Pittsburgh Cookie Table before and Angela Eremick , the event planner, knocked it out of the park! Attention was spent on all the details and made our daughter's Christmas wedding magical!
