Went in and had a great time. Interesting concept and no shortage of items to try.
We used the app to join the waitlist on the way to the restaurant so we wouldn't have to wait very long. We were 3 minutes late to sign in and they seated us gracefully with no complaints. When we sat down the waitress explained quickly how everything worked. When she walked away we immediately started grabbing plates and ordering dishes. Waited over 90 minutes to be seated. Took almost 45 minutes for a drink. The conveyor that had the sushi was mostly empty. Ordered all food on the screen and didn’t get some of it. The whole experience was terrible. It’s a shame because it was a cool concept.
