Came to this lounge around 11am on a Saturday in October. I had access via Priority Pass being a chase sapphire reserve cardholder. Check in was very quick and the place is spacious. Food was very good quality, and so was the service. The staff is very friendly. There are large clean restrooms with showers available in the back, right behind the bar. Ask the concierge for towels. For food, I had the pierogi, a cup of butternut squash soup, some pretzels with three rivers cheese dip, the egg and biscuit sandwich, and some salad, and everything was fabulous and very delicious. They have some coffee and limited choice of sodas as well. The club is located near the gates junction as soon as you start walking towards the C concourse.

Beyond disappointing. Walked in and immediately was turned down because I only had an American platinum card. And not a black or gold? I thought that was very strange and I explained to the woman I’ve been here before and I have a priority pass number Id. We left and I sat and got food elsewhere and googled this information only to find out SHE LIED TO ME. I went back and showed her my priority pass number and then said well I have to downloaded the app.
I said what app? Do you mind helping me( meanwhile I’m thinking oh, so this changed. Now I don’t have to have a black or gold card? ) she then handed me the American Express app sheet and I said well I have that app. And she said, “ oh well I told you the priory pass app”. I looked at her and said no.
That’s why you handed me this piece of paper. At this this point she was back petting and just belittling me and gave me the assumption she was uneducated in her job or maybe just judged the way my fiancé looked. I guess if you have tattoos on your hand that’s enough to make you be discriminated here. Pretty trash.
The service was very gracious, although the place is a bit small. When crowded, the place feels a bit cramped for a family of five. Drinks were solid, if a bit basic, and the rather bland atmosphere is still an improvement from the rest of the airport. The pierogies were a nice touch--I'd come back just for the pierogies. 😉

The Club Lounge at PIT is centrally located in the middle of the terminal with easy access to all gates, which makes it convenient before a flight. Check-in with Priority Pass was quick and hassle-free.
The food and drink selection was just average. When you first walk in, there are snack bowls with banana chips, chocolate pretzels, and wasabi peas. Hot items included pierogies and tomato bisque soup, which were a nice touch but not quite enough for a full meal. Desserts were limited to oatmeal raisin cookies and a pudding-style truffle. The salad bar had basic head lettuce with toppings like fatty cold bacon, blue cheese, tomatoes, and onions. Drink options included a soda machine, coffee machine, water, and a full bar.
Seating was mostly occupied during my visit, but I was still able to find a spot without much trouble. Facilities include only three single bathrooms, two of which had showers, which felt a bit limited given the lounge’s size.
Overall, it’s not the best lounge if you’re looking for a proper meal, but it’s fine for light snacks, a drink, or a short break before your flight.

This was my first experience inside a The Club lounge and I was quite impressed. I pre-booked the day prior to ensure access for a small $9.95 fee and it was well worth it. There was plenty of seating, the bathrooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of snacks available, although only one entree served which was vegetarian pasta. Great cocktail selection and wonderful views from many seating areas. A great experience. Highly recommend and worth the membership to have a quiet and relaxing place before a flight

UPDATE - I came in again on 08 Aug and they had omelette with sausages! Updating my food score to 4/5.
Overall a nice lounge for a small airport like Pittsburgh. Not too crowded, has a shower facility.
The one disappointment is that the breakfast options aren't very substantive and don't seem to come with any meat. It's just oatmeal, eggs, and hashbrown, and some pastries and fruits. They aren't bad, but I just wished they are more substantive.

Was really nasty. Food ran out and wasn’t replaced. Spills around food not picked up or cleaned. Everything was cross contaminated. Salad bar all over the counter.

Donna is a spectacular person behind the bar. She’s witty, efficient and keeps nervous travelers comfortable. She’s an asset for sure! The next time I travel through Pittsburgh, I’ll be back to visit her!

In the morning you can get eggs, potatoes and oatmeal out of hot foods. No meat.
In the evening it's perogies, soup and sandwitches.
Food wise I wouldn't recommend.
They do have a nice bar though.

I've used this lounge a few times with my Capital One Venture X card, and it's decent. It's the right size for Pittsburgh. The food selection is a bit limited, and the area where you serve yourself is cramped. However, once you get your food and find a seat, it's quiet and relaxing.
I've enjoyed danishes, muffins, scrambled eggs with salsa, cappuccinos and a few soft drinks. There's also a bar, though I haven't used it much. People seem to enjoy drinks there while watching local games on large screen TVs.
It's a great spot to relax for about an hour before your flight boards. I would recommend it.

Dated, frozen perogies and canned minestrone soup. Get it together, Pittsbugh. You're better than that.

This was probably one of my most unfavorable experiences at a Priority Pass Lounge. Bar is nice but the lounge is quite crammed and unappealing. The food options at dinner time - average salad bar, nasty looking shredded buffalo chicken sliders, bad corn bread, shredded chicken Texas chilli and pierogies floating in melted butter! On top of this tiny little plates. It was not a good experience!

My review is in comparison to The Club Orlando Airport Lounge 1-29 (the not as nice one of the two in MCO) I've been to a few times around dinner
At PIT the ambience and interior is much better, it's bigger, better bathrooms and has showers unlike MCO
The food wasn't as good at PIT. Similar variety and decent enough for a dinner but they kept running out of things with delays in-between, including big plates. At the MCO club they restocked the food immediately.

My first priority pass lounge and good food choices, super clean, and plenty of space and outlets for everybody. 5 stars!
