Kathy and Jess were extremely helpful, I was very confused and had a question about the lounge, not only did they help me they showed me the proper way to go into the club and exactly how to access the platinum card and with that it made my experience 100x better. We truly need a Kathy and Jess everywhere
The club at pit is amazing with their service and plenty of seating areas. The managers really love to accommodate guest. I whiteness manager multiple time helping travelers pull up chairs to accommodate extra family members. Always look forward to relaxing at the club at pit before my flight.
Overall good lounge with all you need. Food, free drinks, areas to relax and get away from the business in the airport, and near everything when it’s time for your boarding. It is the only lounge in the airport and it’s located near C1. The location ping it shows on the map is incorrect.
