I did not want to write this review but I reached out to the inn for resolution and never received a response. I felt the need to write this to hopefully prevent other patrons from having this same experience.
We booked the inntimate evening for two package with the understanding that it included the wine/cheese, cake, breakfast in our suite, and a late checkout.

I always wanted to try high tea and this place was excellent. The staff was excellent as well as the food. The tea was really good and I tried new ones which I would not normally do. I definitely will go again.
Great atmosphere! We were there for high tea. The owner was wonderful, so accommodating and lovely to us. Our server John was fantastic. The only downside was the chef-he was rude and a little bit of a diva when there had to be some modifications. Literally made a rude comment and you could tell his was irritated having to adjust things.
