Denny's online presence to hide the fact it is Denny's. Definitely better to dine in than delivery. It doesn't stand up to delays to delivery.
I rate it "meh".
Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for a seat and then over 50 minutes for a cold breakfast. They cater to the take out order far above the customers in the restaurant. They really should not be open is they can't handle the orders. Waited for a coffee refill for 30 minutes. Ordered scrambled eggs and they came out over easy. Pancakes were good and hot, but I waited about 35 minutes for the corrected eggs to come out. It was almost 2 hours wasted for a sub par meal. It's a shame that there are not many Dennys remaining and this one had such poor service. My advice is not to come here if you are hungry or are in a hurry.
Had delivery at work for lunch. We all got the cheesecake melt for dessert. No strawberries on any of them. Also the fries were cold and soggy.
I placed an order for curbside pickup because I had my son in the car. The order online said it was ready at 12:31. We were there at 12:30. We waited and no one came out. we called them and they said they’d be right out. They never came out. It’s 12:45…. I had to get out with my son and go in and it’s just sitting there. We get home and the food is ice cold. There’s no utensils or syrup for the pancakes we ordered for my son. It was an awful experience.
Service slow and place not busy. Waitress did not offer refill On coffee. Charges extra for chocolate chips on grandsons pancakes should have mentioned it would be an up charge
