Had delivery at work for lunch. We all got the cheesecake melt for dessert. No strawberries on any of them. Also the fries were cold and soggy.

The food, "Super Slam", was very good. Our waitress, Bethani, was very polite and attentive. The ambiance was good.

Went here on Sunday, November 19, 2023. What an absolute nightmare. The service sucked, the food was worse. They currently advertise a turkey & dressing dinner, since it's near the Thanksgiving Holiday and it sounded like pure comfort food. The plate(s) received were a joke. Dry turkey that looked like the remaining remnants of the zip-lock bag of turkey your Mom would pack for you on Thanksgiving evening. Dry, bland, absolutely flavorless, looked like a pile of meaty looking sticks. The side of veggies might have been enough to feed a 2 year old toddler, as well as the side of mashed potatoes with gravy that were literally smeared onto the plate like dog diarrhea. I took two bites off of this plate and refused to eat further. I am not paying for this, I wouldn't even feed it to a stray dog let alone a respectable member of society. The waitress didn't even offer a single apology when I told her to take it off of the bill, and what's worse, the imbecile at the cash register wouldn't shut her mouth so people could actually pay for the garbage they just ingested. This place has gone downhill; just like a lot of restaurants around here these days. Most of these employees have a chip on their shoulder, act like they're doing you a big favor in bringing you the food you work hard to pay for, then they expect to be paid top dollar to do a less than subpar job. But, man, do they want that $15-$20 an hour to stand around and do absolutely nothing but text on their smart phone while on the company's time. This has got to be the laziest, most self-entitled generation in all of human history thus far; there are so many sniveling, petulant little malcontents in the workforce these days, and that's just those who bother to get up and actually go to work. But, I digress. Needless to say, I won't even be going back to this poophole ever again. You'd be smart if you didn't go here, either. Save your money and go somewhere else. I hope this places closes and they burn the abandoned building down at this point; that's all it would be good for.

I placed an order for curbside pickup because I had my son in the car. The order online said it was ready at 12:31. We were there at 12:30. We waited and no one came out. we called them and they said they’d be right out. They never came out. It’s 12:45…. I had to get out with my son and go in and it’s just sitting there. We get home and the food is ice cold. There’s no utensils or syrup for the pancakes we ordered for my son. It was an awful experience.

Don't ever come here, worst experience in my life ever! Waited 35 mins for food once came out eggs were still raw the egg whites were not cooked at all. So I lost my appetite. Before we got our food server gave us the check.... I sent back my food didn't want it was just fed up with the place & server gave us wrong check told manger he gave me another wrong check that was even more what we ordered. Kept telling me this check is Cherokee than my original but was not still never got the right check ended up paying 3 dollars more since manager would not fix this. These people stole from me so warning beware avoid this like the plague.

This was a Saturday afternoon lunch date. We were seated immediately. The restaurant is always clean. The wait staff was very nice. What happened while we were waiting bothered us. my wife's sandwich was done first and sat in the window for 20 minutes while they made mine. By the time we got our food hers was cold , the waitress was very nice offered to take it back and reheat it. My wife said no.. but that is not the worst of it. We were seated across from the kitchen and could see one of the cooks with bushy hair and a full beard both uncovered . No hat and no beard cover. Because we waited so song the waitress gave us a discount. That said I really don't think we will go back. It's a shame because we really like the place.

Worst Dennys experience ever at this Greentree Rd restaurant. Would leave negative stars if it were possible. Food size and presentation was horrible, reminded me of a kids meal. Manager basically yells at the servers in front of customers. This store should be intervened by upper management immediately! HR department should become involved...

On coffee. Charges extra for chocolate chips on grandsons pancakes should have mentioned it would be an up charge
Fell below my low expectations. Burger was meh, I asked for carmelized onions and got so mix with mushrooms in a seasoned sauce, ugh. Fries were a bit undercooked but ok. Biggest disappointment was pancake puppies burnt and greasy, inedible. Food was maybe 2.5 starts but the horrible service dragged it down.

please change ur grease more often ordered pancake puppies they were so greasy put in napkin n and squeezed and the napkin was soaked ! Also the old lady waitress needs an attitude adjustment
