Woman working the register could not figure out the right change when I gave her a $20, for a $10.11 milkshake. She couldn’t get to figuring out $9.89 change. She apologized for the delay, explaining that she pushed the wrong number in the register so it would not show her the amount of change. I incredulously asked her if she was in college and she said yes, at Pitt.

Limited flavor options (compared to the crazy varieties they have for non vegan milkshakes). Love the Oreo and strawberry though! They happily take extra precautions for allergies like peanuts.

This place is cool- they make their own chocolate so their milkshakes are delicious

Decent variety of quality shakes with a solid selection of chocolates and confectionaries. Definitely worth a stop for a sweet treat if your sugar craving is kicking, but some of the items are a bit over the top.

The Milk Shake Factory was super yummy! I got the strawberry shortcake sundae and would recommend. I wish they put a little more syrup in, but overall, I'd definitely get it again. They had free chocolate samples and all the ones I tried were great.

Peanut Butter Brownie shake was amazing! I'll definitely be coming back.

I love the indoors of this place. They have huge variety of milkshakes, but I wish they can be a little less sweet. The strawberry chocolate and the banana cinnamon milkshakes felt like they had sugar more than the milk and fruit in itself. It was nice but you can't really have more than a few sips. The chocolatier was a bit better a little less sweet. I wish they add a few dark chocolate shakes to the menu , not add extra sugar to the shakes and let the natural sweetness of sugar and fruit be more dominant and they add a few more fruit shakes options in the menu.

Milkshakes: this place makes gourmet milkshakes. Lots of choices. The basics. And the gourmet. I suggest you stick to the basics.

Service: poor. The two workers were cold. Ordered three gourmet shakes. I was recommended the salted caramel pretzel. I didn't like it. And I love all types of milkshakes. We asked if they could do a basic shake for me but was refused.

Parking: it's in the city so limited.

We recently visited The Milkshake Factory in Pleasant Grove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Micah, the owner, who made us feel like family. It was as if he had known us for years! Micah’s hospitality was unmatched. He generously offered us free samples of their incredible chocolate, encouraging us to try as much as we liked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for our visit. As for the milkshakes, they were out of this world! I indulged in the Bananas Foster Milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. My wife couldn’t get enough of her Cookie Brownie Fudge milkshake—it was the perfect blend of decadent flavors. Our kids loved their classic Vanilla Milkshakes, which were smooth and delicious. The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and exceptional customer service made this visit unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and try more of their amazing offerings. If you’re in Pleasant Grove, do yourself a favor and stop by The Milkshake Factory—you won’t be disappointed!

Had the classic strawberry milkshake that had real fruit and whipped cream. Very tasty and refreshing. Service was courteous and efficient. The interior is very clean and cool where we enjoyed sitting for a few moments. Not just milkshakes, they have a large selection of cookies and other sweets.

My husband and I stopped here on our way to Yellowstone National Park, and it was the best shake I’ve had in my life! I can’t remember the exact name of the shake, but it was chocolate with a raspberry purée and chocolate chips in every sip! Highly recommend!
