It's was super delicious! The service was fast yet a neat festively designed, delicious dessert!!
Every time I get a blood draw at the nearby hospital, I come here after for a shake - consistently great as a treat. They asked specifically if I ordered dairy free due to an intolerance or an allergy and made sure to take special care when I informed them it was the latter! Their great service is always appreciable.
Great milkshakes and nice people
Helpful staff
Cute place to get milkshakes for dessert. They also have a large selection of chocolate treats.
We were able to try samples of their bark. We really liked the peanut butter toffee one.
The strawberry chocolate fudge milkshake was good. We were able to ask for one milkshake split into two (with an uncharge)
My mother didn't like that the milkshakes came with whipped cream and even the classic chocolate seemed to have tiny brownie bits throughout.
The tables and bathrooms were clean.
I love Milkshake Factory. Their dairy-free milkshakes are what dreams are made of. The DF chocolate shake has the best cocoa flavor since it contains actual cocoa powder. The staff at this particular location were very friendly. I love to grab a shake here and walk down towards Schenley Plaza to enjoy the weather.
Absolutley amazing homemade chocolate, ice cream, shakes and Sundays.
I had the Peanut butter Meltaway Cookie Sunday and it was one of the best Sundays I've ever had!
I also tried the Peanut butter Chocolate bark and it was also delicious.
I learned that Milkshake Factory was founded in Pittsburgh over 100 years ago and they even have a location back home where I live out of state! I'll be going there very soon!
Delicious and yummy milk shakes !!! So good that we ended up going two days in a row while visiting the town. You will not be disappointed.
This place is so yum, let me put yall onto this jaw dropping taste bud exploding cookie dough milkshake thing 👅👅
I moved away from Pittsburgh three years ago, but always make sure to come back to The Milkshake Factory when I’m in town! It’s one of the few places I can get a milkshake since I have a nut allergy, and they have special protocols for allergies.
I got the chocolate dipped strawberry, and my boyfriend got the bananas foster for the second time. I’ve gotten other flavors, such as the mint chocolate chip, chocolate, and salted caramel pretzel. My only complaint about this place is all of the milkshakes look so good, I can’t decide which one I want!

Really enjoyed the specialty shakes, chocolate selection was okayish, definitely recommend the shakes though.
I got the new Chocolate Cake Milkshake which was 10.75, but it comes with a cake pop so I can’t complain, but the milkshake itself taste horrendous. I had wasting food but the drink literally taste like play dough and very artificial. If you do go and like chocolate, get the Chocolatier, not this.
Peanut Butter Sundae with Brownies is unbeatable.
Yummy u guys need to try s'mores
I am oh so impressed, watched them cut the fresh fruit for in my molten chocolate cup, and the chocolatier shake is absolutely amazing!!
