Uncle Sam’s Sandwich Bar Reviews
Horrible experience. It took over an hour for us to get 2 subs. They had no organization and were calling people way out of order. Half the staff was just standing around. And we had to pay for fries to go when we were there long enough for it to be dine in. Oh yeah, and they are cash only. It’s 2025!
Hi. I tried filling out the form online but it isn't working. Anyways you guys have been a longstanding part of my dining out world since you opened your waterworks specific location. Uncle Sam's Sandwich Bar offers delicious subs and steak salad, with the steak being a standout dish. The cost matches the portion sizes, making it worth the price. The restaurant has a fun old-timey vibe, making it a great spot for a lunchtime bite. They also accommodate dietary restrictions, allowing customers to customize their meals.
Customers praise the exceptional subs, freshly made to order, and the free fries for dine-in customers. The fresh french fries are crisp and delicious. While the service can vary depending on the staff, the food is usually fresh and satisfying. The sandwiches, particularly the roast turkey and steak subs, are highly recommended, with generous portions of meat. Customers note that the establishment is cash-only, but this is a small drawback compared to the quality of the food. The diner vibe adds to the charm, making it worth a stop-in for a good meal.
