We came here for the first time as people who rarely leave Bloomfield and we were blown away! The food, the drinks, the staff... all top notch. The pesto pasta on special tasted like summer in a bowl and the bbq pork chop was tender enough to cut with a butter knife. The cocktails were incredible and not overly sweet like other bars. Loved it!
I'm not sure which was better- the bone-in pork chop, dirty martini, or super-friendly and attentive bar staff, but we can't wait to go back!
Uncorked is an absolute gem in Sharpsburg! The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and made even better by the fantastic live music that creates the perfect vibe for a night out. The ricotta dip was outstanding—creamy, fresh, and packed with flavor. The stuffed peppers were equally delicious, perfectly prepared and full of rich, savory goodness.

Uncorked offers a great experience with top-notch atmosphere, decor, music, drinks, food, and staff. It's a place you want to experience, especially if you love Jazz music, with live Jazz music performed by some of the best talent around town on Thursday nights. Reservations are recommended for a great experience.
The food options cater to any palate, with an amazing menu. Meals like the cobb salad were good, and stuffed peppers were great. Small plates were outstanding, and a main dish split by diners was incredible. The Espresso Martini is noted as one of the best around town, and there's a great wine and nice bourbon selection.
Service is beyond excellent, making guests feel like they are surrounded by people who actually care. Waitstaff paid extra special attention to detail, and one diner received a free dessert for a birthday celebration. Uncorked is described as a chill, warm gathering place with perfect food and service, a true hidden gem with amazing ambiance. Pricing is reasonable for a nice night out.
