I called Voccelli to place an order and I was told there was a minimum delivery fee of $20.00. Now I understand some places charge delivery fees or minimums but it's usually only $10.00. Now $20.00? That is absurd. Its a shame because the food is good at Voccelli and I love their pizza (which is why it has 2 stars at least) but the price and customer service is horrendous. Crust: fine. Sauce: almost none Cheese: low quality Ordering experience: didn't have mushrooms (mushrooms! not a strange thing to have!), didn't call me to tell me, charged me $3 for them anyway. Besides Domino's and Pizza Hut, this is likely the worst pizza in town.

They canceled my order, because the delivery driver sat in his car, trying to call me, rather than just bringing the pizza to the door, like every other delivery driver on the planet. They know my address, we've ordered from here dozens of times. It's still daylight, and my door was wide open. Absolutely ridiculous. This is how they treat a loyal customer. I won't be back.
