The lady who answered the phone when I placed my order was rude told me they didn’t have something but I was looking at menu online while ordering than when I got to the store even more rude I was not greeted only asked my name hand me bag no thank you no have a nice day I had a card so I swiped my card still nothing if your missable at your job which you clearly are you need a new job my first time coming here and my last time coming here!!!!! All because your person at the register has no manners but I’m not spending my money where I’m not welcome!!!!!! Food was nasty as well !!!! General so chicken was funny texture chicken !!!!

Wai wai has been out go to for years. Love everything. If you haven't had the garlic wonton, you are missing out.

Had a little confusion with Uber Eats. Was actually delivered we just didn’t know it. Was slightly hangry, apologies!! Completely not the restaurants fault and the food was delish. Thank you Wai Wai ❤

Ate in, server was nice and good, but the food was actually horrible. Dumplings were cold, fried rice was a joke, and I feel horrible after eating it all. Used to go here in high school a lot maybe a decade ago and stopped in for nostalgia. This place fell off and is still in business somehow. Horrible food with zero effort put into it

We ordered a late lunch. It was very cold inside. I thought we would get Tea or noodles and duck sauce like traditional Chinese rest. do, but they didn't. Big portions. We ate little because We had a long drive home.

I also work at a restaurant place and I respect my customers feedback so I hope that you take this and learn from it. I ordered the general says chicken which was so sticky and rubbery I couldn't even eat it The wontons that I got we're also very rubbery so I literally just spent $30 on something that I'm not going to eat
