we just came home with our take out order my wife ordered the beer bartered fish sandwich and I ordered the Shaved prime rib French dip sandwich. When the order was placed my sandwich was ordered with no cheese. The sandwich had cheese on it. The order was entered as No Swiss... but that doesn't work if the sandwich has Swiss and provolone on it...Do to lactose intolerance and Ulcerative Colotis, I cannot eat cheese! What is so hard getting an order correct????

Pretty disappointing it took 40 minutes for them to make a salad.

Easter Brunch Buffet with our mixed party of 13 (kids and adults). Staff were fantastic - very attentive. Food was good with something for everyone. Atmosphere was great - roomy for our party to move around. We felt welcomed and it was a nice venue to have our annual tradition.

We greatly enjoyed our Easter brunch! It was extremely lovely that they were able to squeeze my fiancé and I in for brunch when we called the Tuesday before. When we walked in, it was clear that the buffet was freshly made and stocked. We were the first reservation seating time of the day (10am) and the prime rib was tender and delicious. All of the food at the chafers were restocked every so often during the time we were there. The mimosas were made correctly (2/3 Prosecco, 1/3 OJ).The only negative was the one dish I was looking forward to- the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise on the Benedict was….lacking to say the least. It tasted like hollandiase out of a can, and was so yellow it looked like it. I was disappointed to find out it was made in house by the chef, and left feedback before we left that a new recipe to get the tang of real hollandaise should probably be utilized. For context- the hollandaise looked like the first picture, versus the correct color in the second (neither of which are from Walnut Grill- but taken off of google images). Call me a hollandaise purest- but it should definitely have that tang to it that makes an egg Benedict delicious! To conclude- we WILL be back. This is a very reasonably priced buffet for the venue, and we will come back on another Sunday in May where we hope that the hollandaise recipe will have been perfected.

We ordered fish sandwiches and when we got them they were both burnt. It was very dark in the restaurant so I thought maybe it was because of the lighting they just looked very dark but one bite and it was burnt. Tasted awful. We sent them back and asked for them to make us new ones. The waitress took them and then the manager showed up at our table. I thought he was going to apologize but no!! He told us that they fry their fish well done and was pretty much a jerk!!! Needless to say we got up and walked out. This place used to be one of my favorite restaurants but wow have they gone down hill. Never again!!

Today 7 friends and I came to Walnut Grille for our Easter Sunday Brunch, We can't say enough good things...food was fabulous with so many options it was difficult to choose...the prime rib melted in my mouth. Despite being crowded, staff was so efficient things and lines moved smoothly. Last but not least, the employees were very representative of the LGBTQ community and as this was National Trans day of Visibilty, seeing this just made me realize that this is a place I want to continue to patronize. AND, our waitress Kelly was absolutely outstanding!!!

So for starters we had to wait 20minutes to get seated in a restaurant that was less than half full. Got tired of waiting so sat ourselves at bar. Service was terrible, took for ever for our order to be taken, once it was taken server/bartender never checked on us to see if we wanted another drink or anything.( empty glasses sitting there). Food finally came and it sucked! I’ve gotten better steak at a truck stop Waffle House!!! They were out of sweet potato’s so just brought me a normal potatowith out asking me or telling me until food was there. Server never asked how our meal was or checked in on us. Won’t ever go back.

Food was okay, soup could have been hotter. Beet salad was tasty! We also liked our goat cheese flatbread appetizer. We loved the robot. We still got plenty of attention from our excellent waitress, but she just didn't have to carry all the dishes.

Peggy is an absolute gem! We came in for lunch. It was obvious they were short staffed. She was running circles on the floor to make sure we were all taken care of.The French dip could be better, but we still love the spot.

I ordered the 8oz sirloin with salmon and a baked sweet potato and the vanilla crème brûlée…the food was not good, there was no salt or any kind of seasoning on the food, the steak was really tough and chewy, couldn’t even swallow it after all the chewing, salmon was meh and the crème brûlée wasn’t good either, definitely not returning.

The food and the service were good. Clean restaurant. The biggest criticism I would say was making us wait 15 to 20 minutes when the restaurant was empty. we went on a Tuesday evening and there were probably 20 tables open but they made us wait 15 to 20 minutes just to seat us at a table that has been open the whole evening. I understand they may have been shortstaffed, but I would much prefer to sit with my family at a table instead of blocking the doorway of other customers coming in to dine. Then they also sat three different families who came to restaurant after us, but were seated before us.

Sam was a great waitress and very friendly and sweet. Food was excellent and the patio is adorable! Just ditch the robot please. People need human interaction. Great place!

We eat at a lot of Walnut Grill restaurants. We had brunch at this branch on March 10. Sam was our waitress. This was a great experience! Everyone who works at this restaurant is so friendly and interactive. I haven't been anywhere recently that I can say the same about. Staff just walking by stopped and chatted as if we have known them for years. I would go back just for the rare, pleasant experience. The manager stopped to speak to us as well. We made sure to tell him what a great experience we had. Please go and support this restaurant.
