Highly recommend the Sandman which is basically a sampler of the meats with 3 side dishes. Brussel sprouts are roasted and have a balsamic type glaze on them. Collard greens were also very good. 2 BBQ sauce options on the table. Jesse was our server and he was great, so ask for him if you go.

Just came from Walter's BBQ and gotta say it was solid. Not much of a crowd for a Wednesday night so it actually made things quite nice and peaceful. We ended up sitting outside and the service and food timed out just right. I got the lunchbox special with the pulled pork, Mac and cheese, potato salad and cornbread. My boyfriend got a pound of the fatty brisket with the Brussel sprouts which was not pictured because he tore into it immediately ?. All in all great experience overall. Very tasty. Would definitely return as their brunch menu also looked quite yummy.

Great experience in terms of surrounding , but the food was okay. The Mac and cheese was very bland, I was expecting better, I had to slather it with bbq sauce. I also ate the chicken platter but it was very good, I would recommend ordering if you like chicken, but it’s so crispy that the skin falls off it easily. The fries were very good nice and crispy. You order and pay on your phone it’s very convenient, but there’s no point to tipping because you’re basically the waiter at that point lol good restaurant but not the best bbq.

I’ve eaten here twice and it was good both times. The first time I got a pulled pork sandwich, a margarita and candied bacon and an appetizer. Everything was delicious! The sweet bbq sauce that is on the table is SO good and I usually go for more vinegar based sauces. The food didn’t even need the sauce since it was so juicy but the sauce was just too good to resist.The second time I got the brisket sandwich which was also very good. The Mac and cheese and cornbread were excellent as well! I would go back a third time for sure especially in the summer when the patio is open.

Got the fried chicken sandwich, and even though I decided to keep the bacon off, I was very impressed with what I got for $14. I feel like most sandwiches over 12 are overpriced, but that's definitely not the case here. You'll get a HUGE piece of chicken, plus all the toppings, and sides are included. Very impressed with the value and will definitely come back next time I'm out in Lawrenceville.
