We came here during a relatively busy time, but what stood out immediately was the complete mismatch between staff and service. There appeared to be plenty of food runners on the floor, yet only one waitress handling the entire restaurant. Because of that, service was painfully slow—something I can understand given the situation, but it set the tone. The real issue was the food. I ordered a medium filet and my guest ordered a medium burger. What arrived was unacceptable. The filet was charred on the outside and completely gray inside. Not even close and after well over an hour waiting for food I gave up. To their credit, they removed the steak from the bill when I sent it back, but at that point I had zero confidence in the kitchen and declined a remake. For the prices and the expectations this place sets, the execution is shockingly poor. Save your time and money—you’ll honestly have better luck at the Taco Bell down the street.

Got there at 7pm. Said 20 minutes to be seated. Got seated 7:30. Ordered food. Got that at 8:15 Ask for plates never got. Fries were cold. In general service just sucks. But when looking at other tables everyone else was having same problem.

Came here for a quick snack, there was one order of a burger, and I got a bowl of Italian Wedding Soup before we gambled for a bit. All the servers we talked to were very friendly, and my soup was the perfect light snack to hold me over before dinner.

Was treated like a third rate customer after a steelers game. was insulted by the waitress to my son while i was away from the table then told by the manager “it was banter” well i know banter and it is usually delt face to face…. i know i have a rude looking face but damn…. over ten minutes for a half shot of whiskey then 10 plus minutes for a flat coors light, and a starter that came out as a side…. really. regardless of the forgiveness of the check this service was SHIT AT BEST. makes me sad to be a fan of Pittsburgh….

Jordan is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had! Every drink was made to perfection, and he was incredibly attentive the entire time. Friendly, fast, and made the experience even better—definitely the highlight of my night at the casino! 🩷
Sat for 20 minutes nobody ever acknowledged us. Other people came in after us and were waited on, so we left. Service has really gone downhill.

Got the Pittsburgh Cobb with fried chicken and the breading was soggy, packaged dressing, the bowl has been downgraded from a nice big metal bowl to a take home container, overall okay service but bad price for the downgrade in food.

Stopped in August 8th after the Pirates game. The bartender Jennifer went above and beyond for me. She provided the best service I've ever gotten in that entire casino. She welcomed me in and was so incredibly sweet and cheerful. She was so personable! She provided exceptional service. The cocktails she made me were absolutely incredible and she strived to make sure I was happy with my cocktails. Most bartenders dont care... she cared wholeheartedly. I truly wish more hospitality workers had her personality and mindset. She was exceptional on every level. She was uplifting, positive, caring, attentive and so full energy! Your staff is very fortunate to have an employee like that on your team!

Manager told us there was a problem with the printer and told us our order would be out soon, he would compensate us for the wait…it took another 30 minutes. Food was cold, we let the waitress know. She took one meal off the bill. Again we spoke to the manger, he thanked us for letting him know.
