“I have dined here several times and the food was awsome. I had the crabcakes. I was really excited to see two large crabcakes. I was a little confused as why they would serve with mashed potato's but I went with the flow. Honestly they were the worst crabcakes ever. No taste. All breading!. Insult to injury..our server took my plate back and I heard nothing! Not the servers fault.. he was awsome. I will not be back because chefs should stand behind their food.”

“Came here before I went golfing. Got two Italian hoagies. Perfect handheld meal in a pinch. A little more expensive than some of the other hoagies in the area. It’s more like a Philly or New York hoagie and the quality is worth the price.”

“Absolutely fire experience, our waitress was lovely and the food (I got the cinnamon bun pancakes) was absolutely delicious! Very clean, everybody was super sweet and patient (me and my partner struggle with decision making) and it was overall a pleasant experience.”

“1st time here since renovation. Pleasant staff. Took time to read menu. Couple things stood out.
Green Mountain decaf coffee and fresh doughnuts, decaf coffee was hot and flavorable made as requested usually 2 cream 2 sugar. Oh for the days of regular coffee, anyway, thankfull for a good cup of decaf. I confirm, decaf was hot and tasty. Ordered Boston cream and jelly doughnuts, both fresh using Curry doughnuts great product . After ordering coffee and doughnuts we left for Ritter Cider Mill about 30 miles away and enjoyed coffee and doughnuts a long the way. Before we left Cooper's Express, we said we would return for the chicken, Intent on having chicken for lunch we stopped again at Cooper's Express and observed that,
1 sandwich and 3 types of box dinners options are available . Multiple sauces and seasoned fries very tasty. Chicken had a pleasant mild spice, touch pepper juicy and tender chicken batter coating was just right. Definitely repeat vist to Cooper's Express is warranted great place to get good food. Check it out you won't be disappointed. One last thing chicken made to order take those few minutes waiting to relax to your favort tunes.”

“We had my Son & Daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner there on 10/10/2025 in their event space upstairs. We had the event room & outside patio for about 50 people. I live in Vermont and communicating with Chef Jimbo was a delight. He was quick to respond and offered suggestions and was very enthusiastic and helpful. Chef Jimbo went above and beyond to make this event special & memorable. The food was delicious south western style food and service was outstanding. All of our guests were raving about how delicious the food was. After dinner it became a welcome party for the Wedding guests in town - a most memorable & enjoyable evening. If I lived closer and had to host an event they would be #1 on my list.”
