This Wendy's has been pretty good to me for the most part. Been a time or two when it was randomly closed or an extremely long wait time but the food is always good.

We went in for lunch today and Mellissa helped us. I was with a 100-year old, using a walker and Mellissa offered to help us taking our food to the table and to hold the door as we were leaving. A very caring and compassionate employee towards the elderly. She even gave us free frosties. We will remember her the next time we go back. Thanks, Mellissa!

We got two sandwiches one burger and one chicken. Both of them were given to us without all the ingredients, ketchup and mayo. This location has really gone down hill in the last 6 months. Real shame.

Tried to place a DoorDash order. It got cancelled for no apparent reason. Tried calling to maybe see if they were out of something. Well I’ve called for a half hour straight now, no answer. How can a business even function like this. Take yourselves off the online ordering systems. There’s literally 0 management happening here. Just close this store. It’s a waste of retail space.Also, to @eric Sinclair the ‘local guide’ I live less than 2 miles away and have for years. I have yet to have a good experience ever. Personally I love Wendy’s as a whole. But whomever owns this specific store must not really care about it.

Went there at lunch time. Door was locked so drive thru was only option. Waited in line for 15-minutes! Line of cars barely moved! Gave up & went th McDonald's! This place has the worst service I ever experience!!

Staff was friendly but the dining room was closed due to lack of staff and the drive thru took a long time. Food tasted good though.

Not one person in this place was wearing gloves. I watched the person making salads cutting tomatoes with bare hands and loading up the salads. Person loading fry cups was the same. Couldn't see the person making sandwiches. How basic is it in food service to wear gloves when touching other peoples food?
