Benihanas has always been our family’s go to restaurant for special occasions or just to have a large meal.
Food is good but the wait is ALWAYS EXTREMELY LONG! If you order take out expect at least an hour and a half wait. Also, the manager, she is quite rude.
Wait staff and chef were great, but the restaurant is severely understaffed. We waited over 30 minutes to see a server, and the. A long time to get drinks and about an hour and half to see a chef.

Based on the reviews, Benihana offers a great date night with engaging food preparation, high quality ingredients, and good portion sizes. The staff is kind and accommodating, with servers like Syleena and Jen noted as professional, friendly, and attentive. The new management at one location has created an ambience of FOOD, FAMILY, & FUN, with a very pleasant attitude and attention to detail. However, some reviews mention the food quality was a little disappointing, and the hibachi veggies mostly consisted of onions with some zucchini. Despite this, many guests expressed gratitude for the great service and said they would be back. The mustard and ginger sauces are available for purchase. Note that there is no Lunch Menu on Sunday at one location.
