Chipotle Mexican Grill at 500 Germantown Pike provides a clean dining environment. Management, particularly Mr. Jay, is amazing, greeting customers with a friendly face and positive attitude. Mr. Jay ensures orders are made to perfection. The experience is fast, with food in the Chipotlane ready in just 8 minutes. Francis made the experience smooth, being courteous and kind, ensuring the order was perfect. While the food is always good, service can be lacking when items run out, and staff spend more time talking and joking around instead of replacing items. They ran out of chicken al pastor, fajita veggies, lettuce, and chips early on a Friday night.
