Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We went on a quiet Sunday evening (Labor Day weekend). There was no wait. Our server, Rebecca P, was as very kind efficient. The food (we all got grilled chicken with different sides) was fresh and delicious. We noticed some changes like there was no peg game on the table (there was a QR code at the table to scan for peg games, but I prefer not to be on my phone when out with friends or family. We love this place and will definitely be back!

Not good.Steak cooked too hard.Grits turned into water before eating half of them.The brown gravy was made from that powdery artificial stuff It used to be from the roast beef.So very disappointed.I was a customer for many years but now I doubt it.If I could rate zero stars I would.

I've have never eaten any cracker barrel and after hearing bad reviews about the food and service I never will.

Went on Saturday morning to eat breakfast. Food was amazing. My server Sophia was great she was very attentive and very kind. She went above and beyond. They were really busy but everything was great. We even met the GM Nia who was checking on tables. I will definitely recommend this cracker barrel

Place was empty - good arrived 45 minutes after we sat - server did not bring biscuits/muffins - he said that he didn’t bring any or ask because “some people don’t want them” - no napkins on the table - asked server but never brought them (had to ask a manager) - asked server for refill on ice tea - he never brought it (had to ask a manager again) received an email for Free Side weekend and also Free desert birthday present - when arrived at customer service to pay, the person said I could only use one (I would have never ordered one of them) - ate at this restaurant hundreds of times but whole atmosphere has changed there - probably will not go back there.

Overpriced and cold food

The old time feel is amazing. We always go to Cracker Barrel when traveling because of this. We love the olde time pictures and Knick knacks that are displayed throughout the restaurant.

We were greeted by great customer service representatives - the scheduler along with the cashiers. I had a question upon arrival and the cashier was able to answer it.
Atmosphere - I stated to my family; I hope I get to sit near the fire place again. It was a cool day; the fire place was not burning yet.

I was there 8/16/25 first time in years to a Cracker Barrel, my first at this location. The floor under our table was soaking wet and sticky like soda got spilled we asked the server to come and mop it. He brought a small rag out,… we said it’s flooded under here you don’t have a mop? He looked at us baffled, He said nothing we have access too…… I was now baffled…. like who has access to the mops can we not grab them???? What about your manger like what the……. Probably the last time I will go back there. Manger came around talking to table probably a good thing he skipped our table. When we asked to move you would have thought we asked the hostess to eat in the country store…. Obviously this place is poorly managed. Food was subpar. My nephews chicken tenders were good though wish I would have gotten them instead of my gross breakfast combo.
