Indian waitress spit in my tea. Her lipstick was still on the cup. Manager stole my personal info and corporate didn’t do anything about it. I have pictures and evidence of correspondence. I am currently working with an attorney. Diner beware.

An was our server. She was great. Friendly, courteous, helpful, smiling and every other kind word that can be said about her. We also met the manager, Nia, who was just as kind. The speed of the team is the speed of the leader. Forgot to mention that the food is always great. Also, I would like to commend Von, because he is also a great server and great guy. My wife and I love Cracker Barrel. Keep up the good work.
The wait for service was a bit long, but, other than that, it was great
Love the atmosphere, but something has happened to favorite place. The service is horrible. I waited 30 minutes after being seated to get a server only because we requested to move to another server ers side.
The Food is so delicious
My order was not correct ! Ask for a lemon for my beverage never came ! Service could have been better
I haven’t been in years but I’ll be back soon! Portion of sides could be bigger but no real complaints. Service was great. When our server was busy with another table, another server and manager stepped in to make sure we got our order right.
Catfish was superb! Turnip greens and string beans need seasoning.

my mom and i went for brunch yesterday on mother’s day! they had us in and out in under 40 minutes. wait was about 5 minutes, food and drinks came out in no more than 15 minutes as well. we heard the manager even jumped in to help the cooks when it got busy, which i appreciated hearing!! clearly someone is running the place right, great job cooks, hosts, servers and the manager!
The most attractive thing about cracker barrel is that it is consistent, regardless of where you go.
Jonathan and brandi are the best. Jonathan greets and remembers his customers and his employees seem to love working for him. Brandi is a sweet server she remembers her customers and takes great care of us.
I love going to Cracker Barrel in Norristown! The staff is always so pleasant, the food is awesome as well! The manager was also very kind and accommodating.
We visited on May 1st for a surprise birthday breakfast for my Mother. Mia and staff were on point at the Plymouth Meeting location.
