Place is acomplete scam 12.99 for kids grilled cheese literally was just a piece of Texas toast with one slice of cheese and a handful of chips. Ordered pastrami sandwich pastrami was rubbery they forgot the thousand Island and there was literally a teaspoon of sauerkraut.$72 for two kids meals a rap sandwich and one beer I mean you got to make money but that was highway robbery.

Overcooked dry burgers with no flavor.. Sounds good on the menu.. Typical average resort food. Would not go again. Way to pricey as well. Just not worth the price..Also, the chairs we had were wore out and very uncomfortable

Kids loved their burgers but my wings were rubbery and the rest of the food was less than par. Bartender was sour and miserable. Another bartender had hair that was larger than her. Not senetary which seems to flow along with the style of resort. Talked to the manager but it seems like the management was not phased.

Terrible host. Gave misinformation when came to make a reservation for 13. She advised you have to have half the party then can wait 30min. Brought the whole party to be told you should have made a reservation. A joke establishment. Had the food night before night great. Plenty of better places around outside of Kalhari and if really needed inside. Use this place as a last resort at the resort.

Food: Your better off at Burger King or McDonalds. No reason my burger should be served lukewarm. For the expensive price you'll pay - just not worth it. Wife ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. It' supposed to be pickle brined - more like dirty sock brined. Served dry as a bone. At least the Salty Pecker Queso Fries tasted exactly like the name says - tasted like a salty pecker wife stated. Service: Okay at best. Rather slow in my opinion. Ambiance: If you like watching TV, you'll love this place! Summary: I wouldn't go back.

Burger was horrible. Couldn’t even eat the roll as it was so hard. Burger had an odd aftertaste. Shakes were decent but not worth 15 bucks a piece. Long wait times for food and shakes as well. All in all would not recommend for the price. The shrimp lettuce wraps were pretty good

Went here with my wife during our stay at the hotel and it took 20 minutes to get our milkshakes (which were decent, but definitely not worth the price tag) and an additional 45 minutes for the entrées. When the entrées arrived at our table, I did not get ranch on the side like I asked for and my wife got a burger full of mayo, even though she asked for no mayonnaise. On top of this, there were four or five different families around us, each with at least one obnoxious child shrieking wildly on and off. Having to listen to this cacophony of horrible noise on top of what was already a bad experience was TORTURE. This place really needs to invest in having an adults-only dining area for those of us who don't want to hear that kind of obnoxiousness - UNACCEPTABLE, all around!

Family stopped by to grab dinner during an overnight stay at the resort. I ordered the hot pastrami melt, which was OK at best, and tater tots which came out to the table horribly freezer burnt. Parts of the tots were almost completely white. Waitress came by and the tots were replaced by the Chile con Carne, which was OK for flavor, but mostly grease in a bowl with some meat and peppers. My wife ordered the burger, which required being smothered in ketchup and mayo to be edible, and got the "mac n cheese" for our daughter which was literally a spoonful of kraft in a bowl. The only redeeming quality of this meal was that the pretzel with beer cheese was decent. If given the choice, I'd rather eat a burger from a fast food restaurant, it would be faster than 30+minutes, in an almost empty restaurant, probably taste better, but wouldn't cost $80+ for a basic meal for 3 that we ended up eating maybe half of.

Sat down at the bar and wanted a shake, was told it would be 45 minutes for that to be made. Left without spending a dime. Highly doubt everyone that was finishing their dinner and wanting a shake as dessert was waiting that long.

Visited for a shake while the kids did the arcade thing... didn't need to wait to be seated which was nice however, we just ordered a shake and it was mostly whip cream mixed with ice cream, it was barely cold, and was not as the picture depicted.... needless to say... we were disappointed...

Last year I had a positive review. Yesterday, no way. The pulled pork sandwich was cold and in a rare awkward instance we sent it back, only to be just warm. And honestly it looked like wet dog food. No one working there is eating that slop, it's offense to even be serving. The Greek salad had basically zero toppings. See photo. I ate my salad while my husband waited for his slop to "reheat:" never again.
